Top 10 Recipes of 2014

I don’t want to play favorites, but this recipe may be my favorite version of overnight oats! It’s creamy, filling, dairy-free and vegan, too!

I’ve made the Chocolate Protein Granola and it was awesome! However, I will probably add some sort of sugar just to sweeten it up a bit, it was rather bland. I’m looking forward to making your Peanut Butter Granola next!

The egg white and oatmeal pancake has become a staple for me! It’s so simple to whip up in the morning and I love being able to change up the flavors. Sometimes I’ll chop up an apple and add it to the pancake before I flip it. In the fall I used a little bit of left over pure pumpkin I had on hand, plus pumpkin pie spice it was so good! The egg white oatmeal and edamame and black bean salad will definitely be making an appearance in my kitchen soon. Thanks for posting all these great recipes!
Julie says
Thank you for reading and taking the time to comment, Laura!
