Breakfast is my absolute favorite meal! For the past few weeks I’ve been jumping on the meal-prep bandwagon and made an egg bake to last me the work week. I really want to try egg muffins next, but I think I want to get a silicon muffin pan first because scrubbing my regular muffin tin after make egg muffins is the worst.

Needless to say, I’m definitely a super fan.
I’m sloooowly falling in love with chia. Something about the texture has made an acquired taste in my camp, but I’ll definitely try some of your recipes out to see how I feel. You haven’t steered me wrong thus far. 🙂

I really like having a pre made breakfast. Lately, I have been making a batch of quinoa ahead of time and keeping it in the fridge. I just add some almond milk, raisins, cinnamon and a little maple syrup, and I am all set.

the egg muffins and chia seed pudding are really “in” right now, and i don’t know what’s taking me so long to try it! i think i might be adding this to my “boring” breakfast routine really soon.. my go to: oatmeal! 1/2 cup of oatmeal, 1/2 cup of almond milk, 1/2 cup of water + cinnamon + vanilla extract. cook for a few minutes! then top it off with strawberries, 1/2 banana and maple syrup.
my friend, my friend – it is SO good! and really easy.
Healthuoso says
I pretty much have porridge / oatmeal every day. It only takes me 3 minutes so I don’t really need to make it ahead but I’m looking forward to trying out some of your twists.
Isn’t oatless oatmeal just a regular old ‘meal’? 😉
