Well that’s one heck of a good lookin’ sausage, if I do say so myself. 😉
Tonight’s dinner came together in a flash thanks to the leftover Italian sausage we had on hand from Sunday’s lunch. I enjoyed my Italian sausage on a Whitewheat hot dog bun and served it alongside roasted cauliflower and broccoli florets seasoned with a bit of olive oil and garlic salt.
I also ate nearly half a jar of sweet pickles. I popped open the jar and went to town. Love ‘em!
Now I’m off to finish up some laundry. I swear if I didn’t work out, I’d have half the amount of laundry to do. Stupid sweaty clothes!
I’m also feelin’ banana Greek yogurt custard and see some of that creamy goodness in my future.
Lata!
That looks amazing! I’ve been craving sausage A LOT lately! Thanks for sharing 🙂
I have the exact same problem with laundry! I swear I could do laundry every other week if I didn’t work out
Sausage AND bananas? Julie, what a phallic evening you’re having…haha 😉 I’m sorry, TOTALLY innappropriate. ANYWAYS, dinner looks awesome as usual! Enjoy your evening with Sadie and Ryan 🙂
Meg
lol – i had about a million “that’s what she said” jokes, but i had to refrain. my dad reads the blog and i think he would pass out. 😉
hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha
same with my parents. and people from church read mine i think because its on fb!
don’t forget the pickles 😉
I completely understand your laundry woes! I feel like I am constantly doing laundry because I run out of CLOTHES!
Mmmmmm!!!
Good luck with the laundry! Mine is the same, haha.
I’ve always had a thing about sausage. especially hot dogs. one bite of those and I’m done for the day. They disgust me. However Costco’s polish doggies! those are a complete other story. Your dinner does look fine i do say!
i am with ya on the laundry thing!!
I love pickles on top of my sausage–kind of like a Chicago style hot dog, you know?
oh yes! the best!
Yum! That looks good. I want a Chicago hotdog now!
I hear ya with the laundry girl! We had sausage sandwhiches last night. They are so yummy!
That looks SOOO yummy- I may just have to make that here soon
If you ever come to Boston during Red Sox season you need to go to Fenway Park and get some of the famous sausage…seriously, you’d love it 🙂
sounds like a plan!
pickles for you is like olives for me. those suckers are addicting
Did Ryan come up with the title of this post?? You crack me up
we had about a million different title ideas for this one!
this is totally a “that’s what she said” moment, but i love sausage. unapologetically 🙂
Mmmmm….that looks delish!!!
I definitely have the same problem with laundry. I’ll probably launder myself through house and home when I have kids!
Woah, so weird. I’m reading this, right after I myself have eaten about half a jar of sweet pickle spears.
I guess great minds think alike 😉
I was just telling my friend the other night after our body pumping (I just wrote “pumpkin”) class that I wish I had 15 different workout clothes so I would only have to do laundry every 2-3 weeks.
Sometimes the only laundry I have is workout clothes! I know to do laundry when I’m out of sports bras….ahhh at least we exercise, right??
