Adorable! I have this same skirt from the BR outlet, but I wear mine much lower on my waist. (Not intentionally though. I bought it to wear up higher, but then lost weight!)

When I see those colors I just think of the local university, Purdue University as their colors are black and gold!
they’re also the colors of my college, UCF!
Great now that song’s in my head! I love yellow and black together. I just can’t get into the high-waisted skirts yet, maybe with time! I remember when capris came out it took me over a year to be OK with them, LOL!
Julie, how often do you shop for clothes/online shop?
gosh, i’m really not sure. it definitely varies depending on whether i have something special coming up, how much $$$ i’ve spent lately, etc. i’ve had a lot of my clothes for years!
