First things first, after a bunch of you asked, the information about the dress my sister wore to the wedding this weekend has been added to the Fashion page.

After a solid four and a half hours on the road, plus a 30-minute pit-stop in Ocala to drop off Ryan, I’m back at my parents’ house to pick up Sadie and will be in St. Pete for the night!
I’m not gonna lie, I’m a little too excited to watch The Bachelor with my mom and sister this evening. Watching all the nutty drama is so much more fun when you can chat about it and overanalyze the craziness.
Breakfast
Our commute home from Amelia Island began around 9 a.m.
Ryan, my sister and I made a pit stop at the nearest Starbucks for breakfast.
I kept things light and ordered a spinach, egg white and feta wrap because my stomach felt a little funky (it still does, actually).
After dropping off Ryan in Ocala, Leslie and I hit up Subway for sandwiches on our way back to St. Pete.
I opted for a ham sub with all the veggies, though you would’ve thought I ordered a mustard sandwich considering the amount of the yellow condiment that found its way onto my sub.
I wiped some of the mustard away and dug in!
Though my appetite still isn’t back to normal, I was hungry for lunch and the sub tasted great.
We arrived at my parents’ house close to 3 p.m. and after smothering Sadie in kisses, I immediately ate a small container of fresh blackberries and a Fiber One bar.
Apparently my mom and dad spent time going through old boxes of stuff this weekend, so there were some fun things to see when we arrived, including a pile of amusing old photos.
I love looking at my parents’ wedding day pictures.
Don’t you think my dad’s ‘stache is snazzy?
(Longtime readers may remember the day I tried on my mom’s wedding dress! So fun!)
And how sweet is this picture of my sister?
I’m gonna go out on a limb here and say my mom cut her bangs.
I also couldn’t help but smile when I saw this old photo of me and my dad having fun on the beach!
I hope you guys all had a great weekend and are enjoying an added day off if you’re able to celebrate Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day today!

I saw this and thought of Sadie. Sad story, but with an almost happy ending…

I love looking at my parents wedding photos. One of my favorite aspects is that my mom carried calla lilies in her bouquet – the same flower that I had picked for mine BEFORE I realized that’s what she had. That made my bouquet even more special 🙂

Oh, I love the old pictures.
The first time I ordered that starbucks wrap I expected to love it. Lots of my favorite things all in one! I was disappointed. 🙁

Man, I always used to try and get them to put that much mustard on my sandwich and they never would! I never even ate there unless I could go straight home and add my own mustard. Hope your stomach doesn’t still feel off!

I just stumbled across this post while reading the “you may also like” feature on your blog… Your dad totally looks like Ryan Gosling in that last picture! They could be twins!
