Good morning! How are you guys doing today?
Things are going pretty well over here! We left off after lunch yesterday, so let’s back up a bit…
Last night I went out to dinner with some girlfriends, but only after this happened:
CPR and AED certified, baby!
I successfully resuscitated this beautiful blue jean jumper baby and a half-man mannequin.
And there were no sternum/scrotum mix-ups! Phew.
Breakfast
I prepped my breakfast for this morning before bed last night and awoke ready to dig into the bowl of oatmeal cookie dough overnight oats that were calling to me from the fridge.
I sprinkled the oats with sunflower seeds for some added crunch.
A great breakfast!
Since I slept in a bit this morning, I’m leaving for the gym now to take an 8 a.m. strength class before heading back home to get started on my latest freelance assignment.
Enjoy your morning!

I think its awesome that you get to stay home & just do freelance writing. I’ve never done writing much other than on my blog & like school when I had assignments, but I would LOVE to freelance write if I had the chance!
Ashley @ My Food N Fitness Diaries says
congrats on your certification! glad there were no mix-ups this time around. 😉
i had the same exact thing for breakfast except i added a spoonful of crunchy peanut butter to the top of mine rather than sunflower seeds. it was a tasty one!
Claire @ Live and Love to Eat says
If you add a little flax seed to your overnight oats, they become even more dough-like – it’s my new obsession! I made a peanut butter cookie dough version here: http://wp.me/p2dcjI-1cP 🙂
Katie @ Peace Love and Oats says
