Good morning!
Care to begin the day with a TRX workout?
A few of you have asked me to share some of the TRX workouts I take my TRX class through and as I planned today’s class this morning, rather than jot notes down on paper, I turned to my beloved PicMonkey.com to create a graphic to share with you guys.
This workout will take you on and off the TRX and incorporates bursts of intense cardio to get you nice and sweaty!
Now you just need to blast my Heat Things Up workout playlist and it will be like you’re there! I wish we could all workout together. That would be a blast!

Right after I publish this blog post, I am off to the gym to work and teach, so I’m hoping my breakfast does a good job of holding me over until I have a chance to break into my morning snack!

Last night I prepped a batch of overnight oats and this morning I topped them with walnuts.
Served with a hot mug of chocolate raspberry kiss coffee, of course!
Time to work!
