New Spinning Playlist
Last night, when I arrived home from work, Ryan and I sat down to a yummy dinner and afterward, I updated my indoor cycling playlist for today’s morning class! I will be heading out as soon as this blog post is published, but I wanted to share my latest playlist with you guys just in case you’re looking for some workout music inspiration like I always am!
Some songs I’m especially excited about on this one:
- Ella Henderson – Ghost (I think this will be amazing for a slow climb!)
- Deee-Lite – Groove Is In The Heart (‘90s music FOREVER!)
- Monsta – Holdin’ On (Kind of an intense one, but I love it!)
- Kiesza – Hideaway (Another climb song. Love it!)
- Rita Ora – I Will Never Let You Down (A great cool down song for the end of class. So pretty!)
Breakfast
Breakfast this morning looked pretty horrific, but the taste was great and that’s all that matters!
No, that’s not death in a bowl. It’s oatmeal made with Hershey’s dark chocolate cocoa powder and peanut butter.
Plus the second half of a Suja Under The Mistletoe chocolate/coconut/peppermint drink that I started sipping on last night!
Now it’s time to rock and roll! See ya later, my friends!
Lauren @ The Bikini Experiment says
Thanks for the playlist! There are some fun songs in here that I always listen too, as well as some new ones to check out. Have a great class! The oatmeal doesn’t look too bad, my chocolate overnight oats/oatmeal always look like a disaster too. 🙂

haha! sometimes the ugliest food is the tastiest! 🙂

Daisy @ Fit Wanderlust Runner says
I am doing spin once a week to help cross train for my upcoming half marathon. So glad I did too! These songs are great…definitely going to work them into my running playlist. Quick question…do you use rpm or watts for your spin class? I can never know which one to follow.
Angela @ HonestlyAngela says

Have you ever thought about putting your playlists on Spotify so it would be easy to access all the songs without looking them up individually? I always love your playlists!!
Erin @ Erin's Inside Job says
I may try that breakfast out, but with quinoa flakes as one of the other commenters wrote. I have a box that I used for cookies and now don’t know what to do with them. I guess I could always eat them the way the box tells me to…
Awesome playlist. I am actually running out the door to take my first spin class so wish me luck!
Skinny Fitalicious says
That song Ghost I weight lift to regularly. I adore it. I’m also really liking the new Pitbull song Time of Our Lives. There’s just something about Pitbull that makes you want to workout like a beast.
Leslie @ Life Begins at 30? says
Your oatmeal looks like the start of no bake cookies. Which happen to be my fave! 🙂
april says
my overnight oats don’t usually look presentable either, but they always taste amazing – that’s really all that matters, right? 😉

Love that playlist! 90’s music is my JAM! I might have to borrow a few of these songs for my next workout! I did the bike last night for a little bit and got to thinking how long most spin classes are?? How many miles do you typically cover??

This comes just in time– was planning on spinning tonight! I needed to build a new playlist. Thanks for the suggestions!

I’m going to write down that playlist too! I’m new to spinning class but would like to try this out on my own bike. I also love love some oatmeal and PB is a staple for me. I have been known to add in some mini chocolate chips but the cocoa sounds like a much better choice 🙂
