The fact that my side salad was the highlight of my meal (and not my pizza!) should really tell ya something.
Today’s lunch was a salad full of veggies coated in the delicious Asian dressing.
The dressing is Kraft Light Asian Sesame dressing and while I am not a fan of the ingredients (high fructose corn syrup – eek!), I am a huge fan of the taste.
I used broccoli slaw as my salad base and topped it with French cut green beans, cold steamed broccoli and cauliflower florets, sliced zucchini and a chopped-up Morningstar Farms Asian veggie patty.
I poured the delicious dressing over the salad and shook it up before digging in.
I love the little sesame seeds in the dressing. They’re so cute and teeny-tiny. Is it weird hat I licked the Tupperware I used to bring my salad dressing to work?

I follow a lot of cooking light recipes and any of there salad recipes have an accompanying dressing recipe and they never disapoint…I’m sure they have an asian one that would be delicious and HFCS free…(although this one sounds pretty freakin fabulous)!

Jul, if you like that dressing you MUST try “KRAFT Light Parmesan Asiago Balsamic Vinaigrette. It is so yummy, low cal, and NOT HF corn syrup. I know you love salads, so give it a go.
I like to combine lettuce, broc. slaw (per your suggestion), cuke, black olives, tomatoes, and either reduced fat feta crumbles or goat cheese crumbles, and here’s the real kicker sunflower seed kernels! If you are feeling extra sassy add avocados or chicken.
