If you’ve been reading this blog for a while, then you likely know of my love for Tina’s Best Body Boot Camp.
Tina is a certified personal trainer, blogger and mom to two adorable kids. She is genuine, thoughtful and incredibly kind… but she will kick your butt!
Tina created Best Body Boot Camp several months ago and I signed up for her first round, not quite sure what to expect.
She promised eight weeks of original workouts for only $25. I knew what she was offering would typically cost a million times more than $25, so I signed up figuring I could use her workouts as inspiration if they weren’t exactly my style.
I ended up loving her workouts and have since participated in every round of boot camp! The boot camp workouts are fast-paced and challenging (but scalable to all fitness levels!) and since they change every two weeks, I am constantly excited to see what’s coming next which keeps me engaged in the program.
The boot camp works like this:
Every two weeks, Tina emails participants new workouts with detailed instructions and links to online videos to watch in case you’re unsure about certain exercises or want to be sure your form is correct. She also offers alternative exercises for participants to do if they want to scale the workouts back or push themselves a little bit more. Many of her workouts can be done at home as long as you have some basic exercise equipment like free weights and an exercise ball.
Tina also offers cash prizes to participants throughout the boot camp and entries are based on how many workouts you complete and points you earn from two additional goals you set for yourself (such as drinking more water, eating more vegetables, etc.).
A Best Body Boot Camp Facebook group was also created by Tina for participants to use to ask questions, motivate each other and share challenges or motivational tips.
Registration for round three of the Best Body Boot Camp is open right now through October 15. Round three will officially begin on October 22 and last through December 16.
Ready for the good news?
THREE PBF readers will win a FREE entry into round three of Best Body Boot Camp.

Good luck!
How exciting, I’d love to win this! I look for workouts that are realistic and that will give results!
I look for something fun (hate doing the same thing day in day out), challenging, and simple (can’t stand workouts that require 800 props and 2 people to pull you from every direction). Crossing my fingers!!
Being sore! Sounds crazy but I love the feeling of being sore I know I really got a good workout in.
I’m always looking for something new to switch up my workout! I get SO bored of my routines after so long, and I need something new to confuse my muscles and spark that interest again!
I need an exciting workout that will keep me focused!
I look for a workout plan that will keep me motivated and interested!
In a good workout I look for change. I love trying new things and it helps me from getting bored!
I’m looking for a routine that challenges me, keeps me from getting bored, and one that brings about visible results!
I look for something fun and challenging, that will leave me good and sweaty by the end of it. I’ve fallen in love with circuit workouts in the past few months because they do just that and are super fun!
After months of working out & dieting for all the WRONG reasons, I found myself struggling with an eating disorder. Now, almost ten months later, I am finally on the road to being truly healthy. After months of damage, I am looking for a great workout that will challenge me but also remind me that ‘healthy’ isn’t based on a certain number , size or weight — I think Tina’s boot camp will help me find the balance I am looking for — to remind myself that working out can be enjoyed and improve how I think about myself & that it is NOT a punishment or way to put myself down.
I need something that is fun… yet still hurts enough to know it’s working. Otherwise I’ll never keep at it! Anything that keeps me engaged (and sweaty) is a winner workout in my book!
I had a personal trainer for 12 weeks and it was great! She kept me accountant and was always mixing things up so I never got bored. Unfortunately I couldn’t afford to see her anymore and I have since fallen of the exercise bandwagon so to speak. I need something that will keep me motivated and on track and make me WANT to exercise! I love variety and I love a good sweat session
I look for something challenging & fun. I would really love to do Tina’s boot camp with you. I need something to motivate me.
Like everyone else, I look for something that will stay interesting, challenge me, yet can be modified according to my unique needs. I love circuit routines that I can do at home, especially ones that blend cardio in the circuit with strength training because I hate the monotony of cardio!
I immediately signed up for her boot camp as soon as I saw your post last week. I have been stuck in a rut doing the same things and need some different ideas. I workout early in the morning at home before my kids wake up and joining a gym isn’t an option. I’m looking forward to the challenge!!!
I love a good workout that is challenging and I work up a sweat in. I get bored doing workouts by myself a lot so something to keep me entertained and motivated to keep going!
I look for something that I can do from home (without special equipment) and that is challenging and varies so I don’t get bored — it makes it nice when you can tailor it to your fitness level.
I have run cross country in the same city for the same school district for the past 6 years. That means a ton of the same courses and incredibly monotonous workouts.
Since the cross country season is ending the same week that the Best Body Bootcamp is beginning, I NEED VARIETY! My body craves it! I’m also visiting family I haven’t seen for a few years over Thanksgiving, and I would love to truly have my best body. 🙂
I look for something challenging and interesting!
I can do cardio and don’t need any motivation, but strength training I hate. I need someone to kick my butt.
I look for detailed instructions and visible guides to explain/show what each workout is like. This makes following a workout plan just as easy as if a personal trainer was right there beside you.
I look for variety, so that I get excited about a workout! I also look for something quick and effective.
I am SO ready for a challenging workout that I don’t have to think about!! I’m co-leading a new running group at my church 3 days a week and try to do my own workout/running at 5:30 a.m. or on my lunch break. I’ve really been wanting to sign up for Tina’s bootcamp!!!!!
I like a workout that incorporates cardio and strength training and I love to mix it up. I usually only do a workout a few times before I need something new, so tina’s bootcamp sounds great! Most importantly, I like a workout that makes me feel strong, accomplished, and sweaty 🙂
I look for CHALLENGE! Lately I’ve been stuck in a rut doing the same routine and not really “feeling the burn.” I need to find something to challenge me again and bring back that sore, “I accomplished something” feeling
I look for something that is challenging and exciting! I get bored with my workouts a lot if I’m always doing the same thing, so the more variety the better. Plus I also like shorter workouts – say 20 to 30 minutes – vs long ones. I like to hit it hard fast 🙂
I look for something to keep my interest. I always start off super excited, but a little while in, I simply stop doing them. I like to have something new every day or else I get bored!
I am a runner who is kind of realizing how much I hate running. 🙂 I am trying to change up my fitness routine and have been addicted to this blog for inspo ever since. (Even joined a gym just for bodypump because you sold it so well!)
I LOVE an at-home workout that really tones and uses simple weights… I also LOVE to be pushed and challenged and not have to decide what to do:) it’s so great to have a plan that I can just follow. Haven’t signed up yet, so hoping i win!!
I look for that “omigosh it burns!” feeling and the “I’m so sore but it’s a good sore” feeling the next day. I’ve definitely wanted to try this boot camp since you have posted so much about it!
Hi Julie! I’m a college student so I look for a really effective workout that doesn’t require a lot of time! I also really like workouts that use many different skills so that I don’t get bored quickly and so that I get a whole body workout!
I’d love to do the bootcamp! It will start the day after I finish my first marathon, so I’m looking forward to a change of pace!
so I can go to the gym with my husband and not look stupid 🙂
I want a change of pace and challenge! I would also love to learn some new moves!
bootcamp sounds awesome! i like my workouts to be fast, intense, and filled with a variety of exercises 🙂 i am always trying out your circuit workouts, thanks!
I like something challenging that won’t leave me bored to tears!! Keep my muscles guessing baby!
I look for workouts that can be done from home or at my very limited gym. I don’t have a lot of time to spend working out, so I need something that is effective in a short time.
I’d love to do the best body bootcamp, because I’m tired of the same old workouts! I need some new ideas! 🙂
I am always looking for something new and challenging. I want someone to show me things I wouldn’t normally think of myself. Test my limits…And I want it to hurt 😉
I need something easy to follow and allows me to see results without having tho put my own program together. I am a full time student, wife:), and work at a credit union. Iv been so busy and my workouts are lacking structure and energy. I would be excited to join the bootcamp.
I look for something that will inspire me and keep my interest but also be effective!
If I’m looking for a new exercise routine, it’s because I’m not feeling challenged any more. So variety is key!
I love new work out moves that work multiple body parts at once!
I wish I had a plan!
I look forward to the challenge of a new workout plan. I like to add variety to my workouts.
I look for variety so I don’t get bored!
I am looking for challenging new movements and combinations that aren’t the same ones that I see in magazines all the time or ones that are so complicated that I need the trainer right next to me. I like the idea of having some sort of accountability to a plan as well.
I like a workout plan that’s fast paced and has a lot of variety!
Yay – so excited for round 3! I really want to continue firming up my post-babies belly. It needs more work! I look for workouts that target my very weak core. It’s always been the toughest area for me!
I love a challenging workout program that keeps my heart rate up, changes frequently, and provides great support. Sounds like Tina’s bootcamp would be right up my alley!
