Best Body Boot Camp Giveaway

October 11, 2012 by Julie 1,228 Comments

If you’ve been reading this blog for a while, then you likely know of my love for Tina’s Best Body Boot Camp.

Tina is a certified personal trainer, blogger and mom to two adorable kids. She is genuine, thoughtful and incredibly kind… but she will kick your butt!

Tina created Best Body Boot Camp several months ago and I signed up for her first round, not quite sure what to expect.

best body boot camp

She promised eight weeks of original workouts for only $25. I knew what she was offering would typically cost a million times more than $25, so I signed up figuring I could use her workouts as inspiration if they weren’t exactly my style.

I ended up loving her workouts and have since participated in every round of boot camp! The boot camp workouts are fast-paced and challenging (but scalable to all fitness levels!) and since they change every two weeks, I am constantly excited to see what’s coming next which keeps me engaged in the program.

The boot camp works like this:

Every two weeks, Tina emails participants new workouts with detailed instructions and links to online videos to watch in case you’re unsure about certain exercises or want to be sure your form is correct. She also offers alternative exercises for participants to do if they want to scale the workouts back or push themselves a little bit more. Many of her workouts can be done at home as long as you have some basic exercise equipment like free weights and an exercise ball.

Tina also offers cash prizes to participants throughout the boot camp and entries are based on how many workouts you complete and points you earn from two additional goals you set for yourself (such as drinking more water, eating more vegetables, etc.).

A Best Body Boot Camp Facebook group was also created by Tina for participants to use to ask questions, motivate each other and share challenges or motivational tips.

Registration for round three of the Best Body Boot Camp is open right now through October 15. Round three will officially begin on October 22 and last through December 16.

Ready for the good news?

THREE PBF readers will win a FREE entry into round three of Best Body Boot Camp.

To enter this giveaway, simply comment on the post below, telling me what you look for in a new workout plan. I’ll announce the three winners on Monday morning.

Good luck!

Be sure to follow PBFingers on Instagram and Facebook!

I'd love to connect with you! I am always so grateful when you let me know you tried one of my recipes or workouts and tag me in your photos or updates. Thank you so much!!!

That is awesome!!! Changing up a routine is def. needed but hard to do. I mainly run as my cardio and would love to incorp. Different routines in. I sometimes wonder if I’d push myself the same and how different the cardio would be! Either way def something I’d be looking into!

I look for challenging and tough workouts to get my rear back into shape! I just had my second child 8 weeks ago so this would be SO awesome for me! I can only do workouts at home, while taking care of the kids so something like this is perfect!

I look for something that inspires me not only just to workout but stay in good shape & build muscle. I tend to really enjoy cardio & have difficulty pushing & motivating myself to do muscle so if it’s something that can push me toward improvement & will make me challenge myself I’m game!

What a great giveaway! When looking for a new workout, I look for something I haven’t tried before. For a while I was all about the elliptical, but now-a-days I really enjoy variety – especially in the form of circuit workouts. I would also like to add more strength training in my life, so if I find a workout that incorporates strength I like to give it a try!

I have yet to comment on a post, but I found your blog a while ago via the wonderful world of Pinterest, and I adore it! love your realistic and balanced mindset!

I have tried a lot of different workout styles briefly, and nothing has the total package for me like circuit training! I’m looking for creative and realistic workouts that make me stronger and give the satisfaction of accomplishment- whether it’s at the end of a circuit or a whole program 🙂

When I am looking for a new workout plan, I’m looking for a good sweat and a good burn. With those two things combined, I know I’m challenging my body in a good way.

I also like the unexpected. When I was training for my 10-miler in April, they sent a new workout/distance in my email every morning. It was the first thing I looked for when I woke up in the morning. Quite the motivator 😉

I am a very routine-oriented person, but also get bored easily. For me, an ideal workout plan consistently mixes things up but also is something I enjoy and will genuinely WANT to do every day. A girl’s gotta have a little fun in the gym!!

My favorite workouts are circuits with leg-intensive cardio blasts like squat jumps or scissor lunges dispersed throughout to give each round a little extra oomph! Sometimes it’s difficult to motivate all the through workouts on my own though, so joining a collaborative program like this may be just what I need!

But I also look for something in the program that will inspire me. I love going to classes and working out with people who inspire me to keep working to better myself.
