If you’ve been reading this blog for a while, then you likely know of my love for Tina’s Best Body Boot Camp.
Tina is a certified personal trainer, blogger and mom to two adorable kids. She is genuine, thoughtful and incredibly kind… but she will kick your butt!
Tina created Best Body Boot Camp several months ago and I signed up for her first round, not quite sure what to expect.
She promised eight weeks of original workouts for only $25. I knew what she was offering would typically cost a million times more than $25, so I signed up figuring I could use her workouts as inspiration if they weren’t exactly my style.
I ended up loving her workouts and have since participated in every round of boot camp! The boot camp workouts are fast-paced and challenging (but scalable to all fitness levels!) and since they change every two weeks, I am constantly excited to see what’s coming next which keeps me engaged in the program.
The boot camp works like this:
Every two weeks, Tina emails participants new workouts with detailed instructions and links to online videos to watch in case you’re unsure about certain exercises or want to be sure your form is correct. She also offers alternative exercises for participants to do if they want to scale the workouts back or push themselves a little bit more. Many of her workouts can be done at home as long as you have some basic exercise equipment like free weights and an exercise ball.
Tina also offers cash prizes to participants throughout the boot camp and entries are based on how many workouts you complete and points you earn from two additional goals you set for yourself (such as drinking more water, eating more vegetables, etc.).
A Best Body Boot Camp Facebook group was also created by Tina for participants to use to ask questions, motivate each other and share challenges or motivational tips.
Registration for round three of the Best Body Boot Camp is open right now through October 15. Round three will officially begin on October 22 and last through December 16.
Ready for the good news?

Since having a baby four months ago and having to go back to work at six weeks AND not blessed with a long napper, I’ve been trying to look into short but intense work outs that I can do at home that will keep my interest and help me work on this post baby body.
I’m always looking for something that’s fast-paced and intense, but I love anything that takes the workout outside. I love the gym, but it’s always nice to incorporate some fresh air!
i look for something that’s different from my last workout routine! usually if i’m searching for something new it’s because i’m in a rut, so it’s whatever suits my fancy for an exciting new challenge!
I need my workouts to me varied so I don’t get bored!
Something fun and that keeps me accountable!
I have worked really hard over the last four months to change the way I eat and using different exercises I find on the internet and in magazines, but I find that even though I’ve made some great progress, I feel like my workouts lack structure. Having something else to challenge me to push past my comfort zone and bring me closer to my goal would be awesome!
I look forward to something CHALLENGING yet still doable! 🙂
I look for fun diversified workouts!
Something that will keep me interested and where I see results!
I am simply looking for a workout that will motivate me to find the healthy person hiding inside me! I used to work out and run and be healthy all the time. I now have a baby and as the need for exercise increased, my amount of free time decreased! I need something new and exciting to kickstart my healthy fitness routine!
I look for something enjoyable but challenging. If it is too difficult or boring it is hard to stay motivated, but I still like to be challenged. I want to incorporate cardio and lots of movements with weights-more bang for the buck!
I look for something challenging and exciting! It’s easy to get stuck in a rut, so I’m always looking for new circuits, etc. I would love to win this!

At the moment, I’m looking for a program that will tell me exactly what I should be doing. I also love a challenge and learning new moves!
In a new workout routine, I’m looking for something challenging but manageable. I love when workouts have alternate versions for beginners. I like mastering a move and teaching it to my friends whom I always encourage to move!
