If you’ve been reading this blog for a while, then you likely know of my love for Tina’s Best Body Boot Camp.
Tina is a certified personal trainer, blogger and mom to two adorable kids. She is genuine, thoughtful and incredibly kind… but she will kick your butt!
Tina created Best Body Boot Camp several months ago and I signed up for her first round, not quite sure what to expect.
She promised eight weeks of original workouts for only $25. I knew what she was offering would typically cost a million times more than $25, so I signed up figuring I could use her workouts as inspiration if they weren’t exactly my style.
I ended up loving her workouts and have since participated in every round of boot camp! The boot camp workouts are fast-paced and challenging (but scalable to all fitness levels!) and since they change every two weeks, I am constantly excited to see what’s coming next which keeps me engaged in the program.
The boot camp works like this:
Every two weeks, Tina emails participants new workouts with detailed instructions and links to online videos to watch in case you’re unsure about certain exercises or want to be sure your form is correct. She also offers alternative exercises for participants to do if they want to scale the workouts back or push themselves a little bit more. Many of her workouts can be done at home as long as you have some basic exercise equipment like free weights and an exercise ball.
Tina also offers cash prizes to participants throughout the boot camp and entries are based on how many workouts you complete and points you earn from two additional goals you set for yourself (such as drinking more water, eating more vegetables, etc.).
A Best Body Boot Camp Facebook group was also created by Tina for participants to use to ask questions, motivate each other and share challenges or motivational tips.
Registration for round three of the Best Body Boot Camp is open right now through October 15. Round three will officially begin on October 22 and last through December 16.
Ready for the good news?

Good luck!
I just ran my first marathon, but I still feel like I could be stronger! I’d love to have a fun way to add some strength training to my running workouts! I hope it will make me an all around fitter person.
I am looking for a workout that would challenge my body in a new way!
I just got bored so easily, so I would love to try something new! Thanks for the offer!
I have been looking for something re-motivate me in the gym and this sounds perfect. I am a creature of habit and tend to d the same workouts over and over. This is exactly what I need!
I just got married in March, and my husband and I are missionaries in Australia. When we first got married, I just adopted his lifestyle of eating and working out (or not working out haha). He’s rail thin and doesn’t do much to stay that way. Anyway – in August, I really got challenged to change my ways and get back into shape. I’ve been running a bit, but I’ve been noticing I need something that incorporates more elements like strength training, not just cardio. I’ve been looking around for options, and this sounds like such an awesome way to get my heart pumping, try something new and push myself quite a bit! I’ve loved reading your reviews about it!!!
I look for variety–I get bored with the same routine easily so programs that avoid falling into that ‘rut’ are perfect for me.
It’s needs to be fun, effective and always changing!
I love intervals that challenge me. I find myself all too often falling into a cardio rut!
I would love to try something new. I am in a rut right now. When the weather changes from warm and sunny to cool and dreary I get in a funk.
I need something that is going to be fun and effective, I get bored easily with workouts.
I’ve been looking for a new challenge. I run most of the time but I want something that will inspire me to try new things out. I think this would be a great fit! 🙂
This sounds like a popular program! I need some extra motivation to get back to prebaby shape!!!! I live fast paced high energy workouts that keep me guessing!!!
Bootcamp is awesome and this is a great way to fit it in on your own time! Variety is key!!
I’ve never done a workout plan before but I have heard so many good things about them! I’m looking for variety, fun and new challenges – I think that would really help to give me motivation to try different things and get out of my current fitness rut!
I am looking for some motivation! I am an athletic coach and I have seen the girls on my team achieve so much this season already, and I have used so many of your circuits! I am ready to get into the shape I have always wanted!
The most important part of a workout plan for me is the ease of which I can do it at home. I’m a fan of workouts that use body weight exercises along with some free weight stuff mixed in. I also really enjoy plans with variety!
I look for workouts that are fast-paced and challenging, can be done in my living room, and combine both weight training and cardio. I try to spend between 30 and 60 minutes working out, that’s about the time limit I can comfortably fit into my schedule.
I am always looking to change things up and keep me interested. I have to really like it to keep doing it:) I look for workouts that I can really “feel” and love being a little sore the next day. Makes me know my time was well spent!
I love fun yet challanging workouts that incorporate non-traditional exercises.
I have been trying to keep an eye out for when there would be a chance to sign up for Best Body Bootcamp but always seem to miss the deadline! I am lucky enough to have a group of gyms that offer BodyPump and as much as I love the all over work out sometimes I miss just being able to do a solid circuit workout that challenges me to push myself instead of just knowing wha next track each Pump class will bring. Not sure if the Best Body workout is open to us Northern friends (aka Canadians) but I would sure love to add some extra workouts to try when my body is craving a change! No matter what, this blog is what I look forward to every day at around 4:30 when it pops into my inbox!
I am always looking for something new. I like to change up my workouts every 8 weeks. I have read your comments about it and it looks like a lot of fun and that it will keep my body guessing!!!
I look for challenging workouts that are fun and keep my interest. I tend to get bored doing the same routine over and over so I like workouts that offer variety!
I look for a challenging and fun workout. I want something that will push me and have me a sweaty mess at the end. I love the feeling of being sore from a workout the next day because then I know I did a good workout. I love the gym & I love challenging my body. I think Tinas bootcamp would be something I would really enjoy doing!
I’ve been thinking about trying since I heard there was a new round. I usually find out a day too late! I’m interested in workouts that keep my interest for the most part. I find myself getting bored sometimes and this changes enough that it would keep me going. 🙂
I always look for a workout that keeps me interested and is constantly changing. Thats why i love so many of your circuit works you post! they seem to fly by 🙂
I love Tina and her bootcamps!!!! 🙂
I’m looking for new, interesting ways to incorporate strength training into my workouts! I love doing cardio but I always feel like I’m forcing myself to strength train. I also like the idea of having a plan to keep myself accountable.
I look for something interesting and uncomplicated. Is that an oxymron?
I definitely look for variety when I’m looking for a new workout plan. I get bored easily.
I definitely need some variety in a workout plan instead of just doing the same thing everyday. Plus I could use an exciting strength workout plan since I have trouble staying with it on my own.
My favorite part of a new work out is variety. I like to switch things up because I get bored so easily. I also like things to not be too difficult, but still to challenge me. There’s nothing worse than trying a workout and not being able to do half of the things on the list!
I have been looking for inspiration to change it up and stay constistent.
I really look for structure and something that is fun yet effective!
In a new workout, the biggest thing I look for outside of effectiveness is something that is time-efficient and also contains a variety of moves. I love fitness but can get bored easily doing the same things over again so something challenging that keeps me hooked with a variety of moves is essential!
I look for something that will be challenging – both physically and mentally! I like to have a goal to work towards and a routine that’ll keep me moving toward it!
I am always looking for new exercises and ways to challenge myself!
I look for a challenging yet fun workout. Change it up from the usual routine. I love to have set plans and I think this will give me motivation to set some new goals to work towards.
I would loveeee the challenge. Looking for something to kick my butt!
I am stuck in a workout rut right now and a boot camp would be a great way to break through! I’m at a weight loss plateau too and some goals like incorporting more vegetables in my diet is probably a great idea! I’d love to sign up for the boot camp!
I would love to see what kind of variety Tina’s bootcamps offer…variety if the spice of life 😉
I am most likely to choose a new work out that has simple exercises that aren’t too complex to figure out!
I look for variety, a great mix of strength and cardio. : ) I hope Tina’s bootcamp can offer this!
I would love to try Tina’s Best Body Bootcamp! In a workout I look for something that will challenge me! I like having to push myself so I really feel proud and accomplished when I finish! I hope this has a lot of weight training, HIIT Cardio, and Plyometrics! I also like how you metioned that every 2 weeks you recieve new workouts! I love finding and trying new workouts to beat boredom. I think its great that Tina has a facebook page for members to stay motivated and inspired! There are times when I don’t feel up for working out, but having that community would help me get my workout in everyday!
I love a workout that is constantly changing, and I need some direction.
I’ve always been a runner and just ran my first post-baby half marathon 2 weeks ago; however, after having my daughter 5 months ago i need to start mixing up my workouts to get back in my pre-baby shape!
I like fast paced workouts. Strength training for me is a total snoozefest so I love a quick and intense circuit workout that is a mix of cardio and strength to help the time fly!
My husband and I just got relocated to Fort Bragg and we just found out I’m 13 weeks preggo! Wow! I’m in the middle of also studying for NASM cert and with him gone all the time busy with training I have yet to get into any type of routine again in the gym. It’s crazy here! All the gyms are so military and intimidating. Anyway, I was considering signing up for this regardless but figured I would comment since I have never commented before and I have been reading your blog for over a year now. Now that I’m starting to feel normal again starting my 2nd trimester- it’s time to get my butt in gear!
Thanks for your positive attitude every day!
I would love to try a new workout routine, and am inspired by your post about Tina’s Boot Camp
I am looking for new inspiration! I am so bored lately at the gym and I need some new workouts to motivate me so I don’t start slacking off! I love cardio and love weights too but I’m unsure of how to do them both together and would love to learn and do more circuit workouts.
I live in a tiny town so there arent very many social fitness opportunities.I love the idea of being held accountable in a group setting as well as changing up the workout every couple of weeks. It seems my body’s attention span is about 14 days… Plus, I’d love to get in better shape for the holidays!
