Best Body Boot Camp Giveaway

October 11, 2012 by Julie 1,228 Comments

If you’ve been reading this blog for a while, then you likely know of my love for Tina’s Best Body Boot Camp.

Tina is a certified personal trainer, blogger and mom to two adorable kids. She is genuine, thoughtful and incredibly kind… but she will kick your butt!

Tina created Best Body Boot Camp several months ago and I signed up for her first round, not quite sure what to expect.

best body boot camp

She promised eight weeks of original workouts for only $25. I knew what she was offering would typically cost a million times more than $25, so I signed up figuring I could use her workouts as inspiration if they weren’t exactly my style.

I ended up loving her workouts and have since participated in every round of boot camp! The boot camp workouts are fast-paced and challenging (but scalable to all fitness levels!) and since they change every two weeks, I am constantly excited to see what’s coming next which keeps me engaged in the program.

The boot camp works like this:

Every two weeks, Tina emails participants new workouts with detailed instructions and links to online videos to watch in case you’re unsure about certain exercises or want to be sure your form is correct. She also offers alternative exercises for participants to do if they want to scale the workouts back or push themselves a little bit more. Many of her workouts can be done at home as long as you have some basic exercise equipment like free weights and an exercise ball.

Tina also offers cash prizes to participants throughout the boot camp and entries are based on how many workouts you complete and points you earn from two additional goals you set for yourself (such as drinking more water, eating more vegetables, etc.).

A Best Body Boot Camp Facebook group was also created by Tina for participants to use to ask questions, motivate each other and share challenges or motivational tips.

Registration for round three of the Best Body Boot Camp is open right now through October 15. Round three will officially begin on October 22 and last through December 16.

Ready for the good news?

THREE PBF readers will win a FREE entry into round three of Best Body Boot Camp.

To enter this giveaway, simply comment on the post below, telling me what you look for in a new workout plan. I’ll announce the three winners on Monday morning.

Good luck!

Be sure to follow PBFingers on Instagram and Facebook!

I'd love to connect with you! I am always so grateful when you let me know you tried one of my recipes or workouts and tag me in your photos or updates. Thank you so much!!!

I just ran my first marathon, but I still feel like I could be stronger! I’d love to have a fun way to add some strength training to my running workouts! I hope it will make me an all around fitter person.

I have been looking for something re-motivate me in the gym and this sounds perfect. I am a creature of habit and tend to d the same workouts over and over. This is exactly what I need!

I just got married in March, and my husband and I are missionaries in Australia. When we first got married, I just adopted his lifestyle of eating and working out (or not working out haha). He’s rail thin and doesn’t do much to stay that way. Anyway – in August, I really got challenged to change my ways and get back into shape. I’ve been running a bit, but I’ve been noticing I need something that incorporates more elements like strength training, not just cardio. I’ve been looking around for options, and this sounds like such an awesome way to get my heart pumping, try something new and push myself quite a bit! I’ve loved reading your reviews about it!!!

I look for variety–I get bored with the same routine easily so programs that avoid falling into that ‘rut’ are perfect for me.

The most important part of a workout plan for me is the ease of which I can do it at home. I’m a fan of workouts that use body weight exercises along with some free weight stuff mixed in. I also really enjoy plans with variety!

I look for workouts that are fast-paced and challenging, can be done in my living room, and combine both weight training and cardio. I try to spend between 30 and 60 minutes working out, that’s about the time limit I can comfortably fit into my schedule.

I have been trying to keep an eye out for when there would be a chance to sign up for Best Body Bootcamp but always seem to miss the deadline! I am lucky enough to have a group of gyms that offer BodyPump and as much as I love the all over work out sometimes I miss just being able to do a solid circuit workout that challenges me to push myself instead of just knowing wha next track each Pump class will bring. Not sure if the Best Body workout is open to us Northern friends (aka Canadians) but I would sure love to add some extra workouts to try when my body is craving a change! No matter what, this blog is what I look forward to every day at around 4:30 when it pops into my inbox!

My favorite part of a new work out is variety. I like to switch things up because I get bored so easily. I also like things to not be too difficult, but still to challenge me. There’s nothing worse than trying a workout and not being able to do half of the things on the list!

In a new workout, the biggest thing I look for outside of effectiveness is something that is time-efficient and also contains a variety of moves. I love fitness but can get bored easily doing the same things over again so something challenging that keeps me hooked with a variety of moves is essential!

I hope this has a lot of weight training, HIIT Cardio, and Plyometrics! I also like how you metioned that every 2 weeks you recieve new workouts! I love finding and trying new workouts to beat boredom. I think its great that Tina has a facebook page for members to stay motivated and inspired! My husband and I just got relocated to Fort Bragg and we just found out I’m 13 weeks preggo! Wow! I’m in the middle of also studying for NASM cert and with him gone all the time busy with training I have yet to get into any type of routine again in the gym. It’s crazy here! All the gyms are so military and intimidating. Anyway, I was considering signing up for this regardless but figured I would comment since I have never commented before and I have been reading your blog for over a year now. Now that I’m starting to feel normal again starting my 2nd trimester- it’s time to get my butt in gear!

Thanks for your positive attitude every day!

I live in a tiny town so there arent very many social fitness opportunities.I love the idea of being held accountable in a group setting as well as changing up the workout every couple of weeks. It seems my body’s attention span is about 14 days… Plus, I’d love to get in better shape for the holidays!
