If you’ve been reading this blog for a while, then you likely know of my love for Tina’s Best Body Boot Camp.
Tina is a certified personal trainer, blogger and mom to two adorable kids. She is genuine, thoughtful and incredibly kind… but she will kick your butt!
Tina created Best Body Boot Camp several months ago and I signed up for her first round, not quite sure what to expect.
She promised eight weeks of original workouts for only $25. I knew what she was offering would typically cost a million times more than $25, so I signed up figuring I could use her workouts as inspiration if they weren’t exactly my style.
I ended up loving her workouts and have since participated in every round of boot camp! The boot camp workouts are fast-paced and challenging (but scalable to all fitness levels!) and since they change every two weeks, I am constantly excited to see what’s coming next which keeps me engaged in the program.
The boot camp works like this:
Every two weeks, Tina emails participants new workouts with detailed instructions and links to online videos to watch in case you’re unsure about certain exercises or want to be sure your form is correct. She also offers alternative exercises for participants to do if they want to scale the workouts back or push themselves a little bit more. Many of her workouts can be done at home as long as you have some basic exercise equipment like free weights and an exercise ball.
Tina also offers cash prizes to participants throughout the boot camp and entries are based on how many workouts you complete and points you earn from two additional goals you set for yourself (such as drinking more water, eating more vegetables, etc.).
A Best Body Boot Camp Facebook group was also created by Tina for participants to use to ask questions, motivate each other and share challenges or motivational tips.
Registration for round three of the Best Body Boot Camp is open right now through October 15. Round three will officially begin on October 22 and last through December 16.
Ready for the good news?

Good luck!
I love to mix it up with some good variety…and for it to be able to be finished in under an hour!
I am a homeschooling mom that just wants to have a great workout before class! I have teen girls who are learning from the things I do for my body. October 22 will be my ‘New Year’s Day” with starting boot camp!
I really enjoy boot camp style classes but we don’t have any close by. In new routines, I look for something that keeps my interest and shows results.
for something fun to switch it up from the old routine!
I have recently moved from NY to CT with my 2 kids, going through a divorce and with that my exercise routine has gone out the window. Hoping that I can get motivated and start a new work out plan and this sounds like something I can do at home, which is key!
After reading your comments about the work-outs, I’m so intrigued! I run a lot so I am always looking for ways to stregthen underutilized muscles so I don’t get injured.
As a runner I am constantly looking for ways to cross train and challenge my body in new ways. I look for convenience, bootcamp/interval workouts and length of the workout.
I struggle with sticking to a workout program and I tend to get sidetracked and lose interest quickly so I look for programs that sound like something I would enjoy taking time out of my busy schedule to do and that don’t involve fancy equipment so I can do them at home. I would love to try her program out!
I just had a baby 11 weeks ago, so I would love a new program to help loose some baby weight!! And being able to do most of the workouts at home is ideal!
*Lose, not loose….sorry, that was driving me crazy 🙂
I look for anything new that will motivate me and switch up my current routine. I need something new SO badly right now, and this would be perfect!
Would love to try something new to change up my workout plan!
Is this bootcamp something that can be done at home with minimal equipment or do you need to go to a gym to do it?
I would love to try something new…I’m always on the hunt for something that will keep my interest and incorporate strength activities.
Thanks for awesome giveaway! I have no idea what I’m doing when trying to focus on target areas. I’m doing something, but not sure if it’s the right way or the best way. I could definitely benefit from some guidance.
I love trying new workouts that push you out of your comfort zone. Especially circuit style ones that get your heart rate up! Me waaaaaant best body bootcamp!
I just had to discontinue my membership at a boxing gym due to the cost (it was $80/month) but I miss the high intensity workouts so much! I’m unmotivated when it comes to making up workout routines and tend to get bored halfway through. Having a brand new plan would definitely whip me back into shape!
I’m looking for a workout that’s easy to do at home or in my small apartment gym and that will keep me coming back for more! I am a self proclaimed cardio queen but want to get into a strength training routine to take my fitness to the next level.
I look for variety in a new workout, something to break me away from my normal routine, and re-motivate me.
I like workouts that are quick paced and keep me moving!! I definitely have exercise ADD and cannot stay motivated and focued during long, monotonous workouts. 50 minutes straight on the elliptical…just not gunna happen haha
I love variety with lots of strength training!
Wow, this sounds like a great and diverse workout routine.
I currently take a bootcamp class at my gym, but my favorite instructor just informed us that his last time teaching will be next week. I love the bootcamp style classes and it would be amazing to find a new one!
I am running my first half marathon tomorrow (agh!) so in my next workout plan I am looking for lots of strength training and intervals to balance out all the running I’ve been doing for the past 3 months! I would love to try Tina’s workouts! I’ve never actually done a training plan other than a running plan, so this would be really new for me.
I’m a scheduler, so I really enjoy workouts that I can repeat every few days. I can track how I’m feeling at certain points of the workout, and the next time I complete the workout, I know which areas I need to push myself more. At the end of each day, I incorporate my “surprise” circuit out of a grab bag. Whether it’s a jump rope one, lunges, or boxing, I like the extra bonus at the end. Keeps me pushing myself, but also keeps me excited until end.
I’ve been doing group fitness classes (bodypump, bodycombat & bodyattack) at my local gym for the past 3 years and could really use some new work out material. I’ve seen her boot camp all over the blog world and I think I’m finally ready to give it a shot!
After taking a hiatus to focus on running, I just joined a gym again and am looking to really focus on strength training again. I love to read all of your reviews about Tina’s Best Body Boot Camp & would love to give it a try!
I enjoy working out but need the guidance of a personal trainer that I cannot afford as a college student. I never know what to do at the gym therefore the best body boot camp would not only motivate me to workout harder, but get me in shape and captivate my attention.
I am looking for the movation and something to kick my butt into gear. I need to loose some weight for my wedding. I have a goal of loosing 10-15lbs but I can’t start my motivation!!! I think I need something like this to follow and get my motivation going and keep it going!! This is a great time of year to do it!! Finishing this up right before Christmas!!! I am super excited to do boot camp!!!
I am looking for some new workouts as always and would love having them already planned for me!!
New workouts bring a certain excitement and I always push myself! I love how even the slightest change in a move can bring on soreness and work those muscles in a different way!
I look for workouts that change up frequently! I hate getting stuck in an exercise rut.
anything that can keep my interest! 🙂 and something balanced (cardio and strength training)
This sounds so wonderful!
One of the most important things I look for in a workout is emphasis on form. I was following a workout program a while back and ended up re-injuring an old hip injury because the workouts focused on beating reps and time and never went over proper form. Not only is it important to prevent injury, but it really helps you get more out of your workout.
I also love a challenging workout that makes me feel strong. I’m not a big fan of those workouts where you do countless reps of a relatively easy move to tire out the muscles. Give me some weights and a challenge!
I’d love to try her boot camp. I love all your reviews on it and would love to be part of the supportive community!
This sounds awesome!
When I am searching for a new workout, I look for something that is not only a challenge physically, but one with varying exercise routines that keep things exciting.
In my workouts, I look for a plan that leaves me sweaty, fit, and looking for more. I love workout plans that switch it up and having doing moves I have never done before.
I’m getting married in August and have been using your blog as a way to motivate me to eat better and work out more so that I can be healthy and glowing for my wedding! The bootcamp workout would get me to my goal more quickly!
I look for something that is challenging, but not impossible! I want to be pushed, but don’t want to be discouraged if I can’t do something. Her workouts sound like the perfect mix!
I love a good workout plan that keeps me motivated and excited to go to the gym at 5 am!
One of the most important things I lookf for in a workout is something that keeps me on my toes. I don’t want to do the same routine every few days–I like to try new exercises. This way, it never gets boring! 🙂
I’ve been in a major workout RUT! I usually love to plan my own workouts, but lately they have felt so lackluster. Time for BBB!
Something new but challenging
I def am looking for a new and challenging work. After working 12 hr days at the hospital coming home to the same ole workouts is no fun. I need something new and set to come home to to keep me motivated to go to the gym after work
This looks great, diverse and challenging!
Strength training. Right now I only do cardio, but your blog has inspired me to investiate strength. I’m looking for a plan that provides some guidance on how to do this
I look for lots of variety so I don’t get bored! It’s easier to workout every day when I know there’s a new and interesting set of exercises to conquer.
I like circuit work outs! I have loved the Fitnessista’s Shape-Up plans that incorporate days of strength and resistance training with bursts of get-your-heart-rate-up cardio! And the workouts get more challenging week to week so you can really see progress by the end!
Im a runner and am currently training for a marathon. Honestly, i hate when I have to cross train because i’d rather run. I recently injured myself and cross training and trying out new workouts is what i need to do, to not only stay fit but to stay sane and happy. Tina’s bootcamp sounds like the perfect way to get out my rut and try new things!!
I look forward to new moves in a new workout!
