If you’ve been reading this blog for a while, then you likely know of my love for Tina’s Best Body Boot Camp.
Tina is a certified personal trainer, blogger and mom to two adorable kids. She is genuine, thoughtful and incredibly kind… but she will kick your butt!
Tina created Best Body Boot Camp several months ago and I signed up for her first round, not quite sure what to expect.
She promised eight weeks of original workouts for only $25. I knew what she was offering would typically cost a million times more than $25, so I signed up figuring I could use her workouts as inspiration if they weren’t exactly my style.
I ended up loving her workouts and have since participated in every round of boot camp! The boot camp workouts are fast-paced and challenging (but scalable to all fitness levels!) and since they change every two weeks, I am constantly excited to see what’s coming next which keeps me engaged in the program.
The boot camp works like this:
Every two weeks, Tina emails participants new workouts with detailed instructions and links to online videos to watch in case you’re unsure about certain exercises or want to be sure your form is correct. She also offers alternative exercises for participants to do if they want to scale the workouts back or push themselves a little bit more. Many of her workouts can be done at home as long as you have some basic exercise equipment like free weights and an exercise ball.
Tina also offers cash prizes to participants throughout the boot camp and entries are based on how many workouts you complete and points you earn from two additional goals you set for yourself (such as drinking more water, eating more vegetables, etc.).
A Best Body Boot Camp Facebook group was also created by Tina for participants to use to ask questions, motivate each other and share challenges or motivational tips.
Registration for round three of the Best Body Boot Camp is open right now through October 15. Round three will officially begin on October 22 and last through December 16.
Ready for the good news?

I look for a workout that is fun and challenging at the same time. It is a requirement that it has to make me sweat too!
I always look for a workout plan that takes me from my usual boring routine. It has to be tough, make me sweat and make me feel like I’m doing great things for my health! Doesn’t hurt if it helps me get a smokin bod:)
I look for a workout that doesn’t take too long, is effective, and is fun!
I look for a workout that’ll spice things up and keep me on my toes!
I need something that makes me feel like I worked and isn’t to repettitive!
I’m looking for a new workout to get me motivated to get back to the gym on a more regular basis. I recently went back to school, along with still working, and have found myself not wanting to fit a workout into my busy day. I think something new would excite me enough to make that happen!
I am looking for some motivation to do something other than RUN!
I love trying out new workouts and finding fun workouts that add variety are important because it is easy to get bored with a workout. I live in Okinawa, Japan and I would love to try out her bootcamp workout and if I enjoy it, I will definitely tell others about it here on the island as well!
Hey Julie, your blog and Tina’s blog have both been on my bookmarks for a long time! I love reading both of them and I have done a lot of your circuit and total body workouts! I just moved to a new town and a new apartment which is great but the gym is so expensive! Hoping to save up for awhile and work out at home.
I am always looking for new circuit workout that is a challenge from the same old bicep curls and squats! Look forward to hearing more about this boot camp and see what you have to say about it on your blog!
I look for workouts that I’m going to feel the next day. I always feel like I’ve worked hard when my muscles give me that tiny twinge the next morning – it’s a feeling that keeps me coming back for more!
I look for something that I can do indoors yet enjoy as much as running. I love to run but when the days start getting shorter, as they are now, I am forced into the gym and often feel disheartened and unmotivated.
i love something that would mix it up and be different since I can be in such a rut at the gym!
I look for something challenging with unique daily workouts. I don’t like doing the same thing week after week.
I love Best Body Bootcamp. I did the first round and have thought about registering for this round as well. Tina is awesome. I love working out and really don’t lack motivation in that department but coming up with fun and exciting workouts is tough for me some days. I love Tina’s mix of cardio, weights and circuits.
I’m in college and it’s so hard to motivate myself to do anything than run on the treadmill! I’d love to have some more workouts that are fun to switch things up!
just some variety!
I’m plateaued and need something new!! Want to focus on lifting heavier, having a structured plan to see results! I’m bored and need direction!!!
Hey! As a dedicated PBF reader, I have enjoyed reading about how much fun youve been having with the bootcamps! Im always looking for quick and sweaty workouts that keep my interest and leave me wanting more! Id lve to join in the fun!
I’m always looking for new workouts since I get bored easily.
I need workouts that keep my body guessing and keep me entertained.
Lately I just need change and some expectations from someone else because I keep getting in a rut with kids around 🙂
I look for variety, strength training and flexibility – sometimes I’m working out in the morning before work and sometimes late at night before bed…depends on the day!
I am looking for something to spice up my workout! I’ve tried just about everything, but nothing seems to be really get me excited about working out!
I look for something short and intense so that when I’ve got a busy day I can still squeeze in a quality workout. I also seek out all cardio circuits that don’t include burpees! Haha
I look for something that makes me sweat! I have totally been in a rut lately-mostly only running-so this would be amazing!
awesome givaway! Tina is one of my favourite bloggers, what she does is simply amazing!
I look for a lot of variety – so I don’t get bored…and my muscles don’t get bored!
I’m looking to change up my workout and this bootcamp looks awesome.
I would love to do one of Tina’s bootcamps..I’m actually considering it this time. I didn’t participate before because of the pregnancy…but she will be here soon & I’ll be looking forward to getting back to my intense workouts again!
I’m definitely someone who needs variety in my workout routines! If I so the same thing over and over, I get so bored! So definitely something to spice up a so-so routine!
I’m a variety person. I like circuit workouts that are high paced, and change quickly…. it keeps my mind busy so it is easier to focus on the task at hand… kicking my butt.
And of course, I like workouts that I can feel the next day. A sore body is a happy body 🙂
I’m looking for a new workout I can do to add on to my running-only routine. I need a plan that keeps me on my toes, since I get bored with the same circuit very quickly! And I need to work on my toning, since running can just wipe out muscle definition if you don’t balance it with strength training.
I look for a workout that makes me feel like I’ve really accomplished something when I get done. I’m not always sure what kind of things to do on my own, so I tend to stick to cardio (basically just running, elliptical, etc.) or I go to classes. I do love a challenge, and I love trying all different kinds of workouts- especially ones that really make me sweat! 🙂
I LOVE trying new workout programs!! My biggest goal is to gain muscle and lose body fat! So, I look for programs where it keeps my body guess on what is going to come next!
I just signed up for a gym memebrrship and when i get there sometimes i feel so discouraged because i dont know what to do there. A personal trainer is not somethimg i can afford and being signed up for a bootcamp would definitely help going in a direction that can help me feel better and healthier
When I look into a new fitness routine, I look for something that will keep me motivated, like changing up routines or incorporating something new so I don’t get bored 🙂
I look for variety. I did her first one and loved it. S happy it has been so successful m
I like workouts that make me try new moves, especially those without a whole lot of equipment! I would love to try tinas body boot camp after the great reviews you’ve given it, plus its only 8 weeks until I have to be in a bikini!!
Oh, this would be so great for me! I look for something that will challenge me, make me sweat, and keep my motivated! I have been lacking motivation recently and this would be just what I need to get going again!
I would love this! Always looking for something to challenge me and that I could possibly do at home. It is so much easier to stick to if I have something hard to get me moving without going to the gym!
I normally just do cardio (running and swimming) but I am looking to get back on track with strength training. This boot camp would be perfect!
I did round two of Tina’s Bootcamp and loved it! I no longer had to plan my weight sessions at the gym, I just pulled up my email and followed the plan! I used to run alot but due to some knee issues I had to cut back and have recently fallen in love with weight traning, it is so cool seeing the process I have made and seeing how much stronger I had gotten! 🙂
Hi Julie! First of all just wanted to say how much I enjoy reading your posts every day! I have always loved trying out new work out plans because I feel that variety in your work out plan is the most effective way to go! It keeps you from getting bored (which of course leads to a lack of motivation!) and is amazing for always keeping your body guessing and working all sorts of muscle groups. I’ve never been a fan of doing the same workout every day..if I did, I’d go out of my mind! I’d love to try this bootcamp program as I have never tried one in the past but always hear amazing things about them!
Hi Julie!!! Thanks so much for your posts. Your blog is by far my favorite to follow. I am currently training for the Goofy challenge at Disney and then I am doing the Michelob Ultra Challenge at Gasparilla!! You should consider coming out to Gasparilla for one of the races. At any rate, I sometimes do BodyRock. It is a free workout program that is typically 12 minutes a day, but I am looking for something to get me going outside my running. I would love something with HIIT training, weights, and body weight exercises. I want something challenging but doable and something that will give results. I tend to struggle a bit. I also need something I can do at home. Thanks for considering me for the entry. I am very interested in the Best Body Bootcamp!!!
I would love to do something like this. I love doing different things every day and pushing myself to accomplish new fitness goals! 🙂
i need something that can be done quickly, preferably at home, because i have no time!!
I’ve been really considering signing up because it starts right after my half marathon, so I’m sure I’ll be totally zapped for motivation. I always look for a lot of variety in new workout plans so I don’t get bored and find reasons to not stick with it.
I’d love to try Tina’s plan!! You seem to love it. Im sure I would, too.
I look for variation and intesity!
I’m always looking for challenging and different ways to workout. I love the idea of Tina’s bootcamp because of how frequently the workouts change, which keeps you from getting complacent.
I am looking for a workout that will challenge me and make me try things I never would have on my own.
