Best Body Boot Camp Giveaway

October 11, 2012 by Julie 1,228 Comments

If you’ve been reading this blog for a while, then you likely know of my love for Tina’s Best Body Boot Camp.

Tina is a certified personal trainer, blogger and mom to two adorable kids. She is genuine, thoughtful and incredibly kind… but she will kick your butt!

Tina created Best Body Boot Camp several months ago and I signed up for her first round, not quite sure what to expect.

best body boot camp

She promised eight weeks of original workouts for only $25. I knew what she was offering would typically cost a million times more than $25, so I signed up figuring I could use her workouts as inspiration if they weren’t exactly my style.

I ended up loving her workouts and have since participated in every round of boot camp! The boot camp workouts are fast-paced and challenging (but scalable to all fitness levels!) and since they change every two weeks, I am constantly excited to see what’s coming next which keeps me engaged in the program.

The boot camp works like this:

Every two weeks, Tina emails participants new workouts with detailed instructions and links to online videos to watch in case you’re unsure about certain exercises or want to be sure your form is correct. She also offers alternative exercises for participants to do if they want to scale the workouts back or push themselves a little bit more. Many of her workouts can be done at home as long as you have some basic exercise equipment like free weights and an exercise ball.

Tina also offers cash prizes to participants throughout the boot camp and entries are based on how many workouts you complete and points you earn from two additional goals you set for yourself (such as drinking more water, eating more vegetables, etc.).

A Best Body Boot Camp Facebook group was also created by Tina for participants to use to ask questions, motivate each other and share challenges or motivational tips.

Registration for round three of the Best Body Boot Camp is open right now through October 15. Round three will officially begin on October 22 and last through December 16.

Ready for the good news?

THREE PBF readers will win a FREE entry into round three of Best Body Boot Camp.

To enter this giveaway, simply comment on the post below, telling me what you look for in a new workout plan. I’ll announce the three winners on Monday morning.

Good luck!

Be sure to follow PBFingers on Instagram and Facebook!

I'd love to connect with you! I am always so grateful when you let me know you tried one of my recipes or workouts and tag me in your photos or updates. Thank you so much!!!

I always look for a workout plan that takes me from my usual boring routine. It has to be tough, make me sweat and make me feel like I’m doing great things for my health! Doesn’t hurt if it helps me get a smokin bod:)

I’m looking for a new workout to get me motivated to get back to the gym on a more regular basis. I recently went back to school, along with still working, and have found myself not wanting to fit a workout into my busy day. I think something new would excite me enough to make that happen!

I love trying out new workouts and finding fun workouts that add variety are important because it is easy to get bored with a workout. I live in Okinawa, Japan and I would love to try out her bootcamp workout and if I enjoy it, I will definitely tell others about it here on the island as well!

Hey Julie, your blog and Tina’s blog have both been on my bookmarks for a long time! I love reading both of them and I have done a lot of your circuit and total body workouts! I just moved to a new town and a new apartment which is great but the gym is so expensive! Hoping to save up for awhile and work out at home.
I am always looking for new circuit workout that is a challenge from the same old bicep curls and squats! Look forward to hearing more about this boot camp and see what you have to say about it on your blog!

I look for something that I can do indoors yet enjoy as much as running. I love to run but when the days start getting shorter, as they are now, I am forced into the gym and often feel disheartened and unmotivated.

I love working out and really don’t lack motivation in that department but coming up with fun and exciting workouts is tough for me some days. I love Tina’s mix of cardio, weights and circuits.

And of course, I like workouts that I can feel the next day. A sore body is a happy body 🙂

I’m looking for a new workout I can do to add on to my running-only routine. I need a plan that keeps me on my toes, since I get bored with the same circuit very quickly! And I need to work on my toning, since running can just wipe out muscle definition if you don’t balance it with strength training.

I look for a workout that makes me feel like I’ve really accomplished something when I get done. I’m not always sure what kind of things to do on my own, so I tend to stick to cardio (basically just running, elliptical, etc.) or I go to classes. I do love a challenge, and I love trying all different kinds of workouts- especially ones that really make me sweat! 🙂

A personal trainer is not somethimg i can afford and being signed up for a bootcamp would definitely help going in a direction that can help me feel better and healthier

I used to run alot but due to some knee issues I had to cut back and have recently fallen in love with weight traning, it is so cool seeing the process I have made and seeing how much stronger I had gotten! 🙂

Hi Julie! First of all just wanted to say how much I enjoy reading your posts every day! I have always loved trying out new work out plans because I feel that variety in your work out plan is the most effective way to go! It keeps you from getting bored (which of course leads to a lack of motivation!) and is amazing for always keeping your body guessing and working all sorts of muscle groups. I’ve never been a fan of doing the same workout every day..if I did, I’d go out of my mind! I’d love to try this bootcamp program as I have never tried one in the past but always hear amazing things about them!

Hi Julie!!! Thanks so much for your posts. Your blog is by far my favorite to follow. I am currently training for the Goofy challenge at Disney and then I am doing the Michelob Ultra Challenge at Gasparilla!! You should consider coming out to Gasparilla for one of the races. At any rate, I sometimes do BodyRock. It is a free workout program that is typically 12 minutes a day, but I am looking for something to get me going outside my running. I would love something with HIIT training, weights, and body weight exercises. I want something challenging but doable and something that will give results. I tend to struggle a bit. I also need something I can do at home. Thanks for considering me for the entry. I am very interested in the Best Body Bootcamp!!!
