Hello!
I have one final giveaway for you guys while I am away!
I have a feeling quite a few of you will be excited about this giveaway since I’ve been talking up Tina’s Best Body Bootcamp for months and months. I joined her online boot camp when she first began it last year and have enjoyed participating in ever single round since then.
Tina is a certified personal trainer, blogger and mom to two adorable kids. She is genuine, thoughtful and incredibly kind… but she will kick your butt!
When I first signed up for Tina’s first round of boot camp, I wasn’t sure what to expect.
She promised eight weeks of original workouts for only $25. I knew what she was offering would typically cost a million times more than $25, so I signed up figuring I could use her workouts as inspiration if they weren’t exactly my style.
I ended up loving her workouts and have participated in all four rounds of online boot camp that Tina has offered since then! The boot camp workouts are fast-paced and challenging (but scalable to all fitness levels!) and since they change every two weeks, I am constantly excited to see what’s coming next which keeps me engaged in the program.
The boot camp works like this:
Every two weeks, Tina emails participants new workouts with detailed instructions and links to online videos to watch in case you’re unsure about certain exercises or want to be sure your form is correct. She also offers alternative exercises for participants to do if they want to scale the workouts back or push themselves a little bit more. Many of her workouts can be done at home as long as you have some basic exercise equipment like free weights and an exercise ball.
Tina also offers cash prizes to participants throughout the boot camp and entries are based on how many workouts you complete and points you earn from two additional goals you set for yourself (such as drinking more water, eating more vegetables, etc.).
A Best Body Bootcamp Facebook group was also created by Tina for participants to use to ask questions, motivate each other and share challenges or motivational tips.
Registration for the latest round of Best Body Bootcamp closes on April 7 but one PBF reader will win a free entry into the bootcamp!
To enter this giveaway, simply comment on the post below, telling me what you look for in a new workout plan. I’ll announce the winner tomorrow.
Good luck!
I look for something to keep me motivated.
I look for something to keep me on track and motivated!
If I find workouts fun to do then I’ll keep doing them, and that’s what makes the difference, so for me it’s most important for them to be interesting and exciting, and able to be adapted depending on how my body feels that day!
I’m always looking for an actual plan… I always kind of just do my own thing and it’s been working fine, but it would be fun to be involved in this!
A balance of cardio and strength training!
I look for workouts that are challenging and I like to switch up workouts so I don’t get bored.
I’m looking for something to keep my motivated!
I’ve always wanted to participate in Best body bootcamp!!
I look for a workout plan that allows me to easily track my progress. Something fast-paced to beat boredom is also essential!

I am in desperate need of some motivation and a program to keep me accountable!
Anything that will mix it up & keep me motivated to keep coming back for more!
I think when starting any new workout plan, it’s very important to find a plan you enjoy, and also helps you to archive your resided goals. Currently, I’m looking for a workout plan that will help me to increase my strength and endurance as I train for my first triathalon… Regaining my strength is very important because I struggled with a reoccurring foot injury for a long time. Now after two years of pain I am sooooo happy to have the ok from my doctor to run again. I started a few months ago, but I’ve noticed the huge strength decrease since per injury. I now need a plan to help me regain my old strength/ endurance!
Effective, simple/uncomplicated, and fun!
My main “must tick these boxes” is definitely something that’s fun, motivating and gets results!
I look for something that I can fit in nicely while still managing to do lots of squats and deadlifts as my core exercises!
Something both intense so I feel like I pushed myself and challenging so boredom can’t creep up on me!
I like a plan that switches things up so I don’t get bored.
I would love a plan with new strength training moves to switch up my regular routines!
I look for workout plans with variety so that I stay motivated, but I also want workouts that are easy to follow or doable without too much equipment.
In a new workout plan, I look for something that has an even mix of cardio, strength training, and of course… fun!! 🙂
I look for something that will challenge me and keep me motivated!
I look for variety to keep things interesting!

Ahh I have been wanting to try Tina’s Best Body Bootcamp since you have mentioned it! I like to be challenged in a work out and for it to give me an all over body work out! One that kicks my butt!
I look for variety!
Hi all the way from Australia!! I look for variety in a workout! I get bored easily and am currently looking for something that I can work into my running schedule too! Thanks pb fingers!
I look for workouts that are easy to follow and take the guesswork out!
Being a student I love quick and dirty workouts I can get done in the morning before class!

I look for something that keeps me excited to participate & a planned workout schedule.
I look for a workout that challenges me, but is also accessible.

Something that really makes me feel the burn! And keeps me entertained
I look for something that makes me sweat and challenges me!
I’m looking for a workout plan that helps me feel that going to the gym is fun! I feel like I’m doing the same exercises over and over again and would love to get some new ones to challenge me and keep me motivated.
I like a tough workout that is challenging but do-able so I don’t lose hope 🙂
I look for something fun but with results that would keep me coming back!
I look for a work-out that keeps me interested and motivated. It has to have some moves that really challenge me on a physical and mental level. But at the same time not be too technically difficult to start with so I get frustrated or bored and quit it.
I look for a workout that progressively gets harder. I like workouts that start off with relatively easy moves–since I usually get discouraged if I’m unable to complete 1 complete set of consecutive moves in the first few workouts. Makes me not want to continue the workout plan. But if they show modifications–then I’m more on board
i’m looking for a chance of pace: spice up my old routine and get in shape for my memorial day weekend getaway!
I look for something new that will challenge me and keep me from being bored. Right now I need a good post baby plan:)
I look dor variety!
I look for something new and exciting. The same workouts get boring for me fast!
I love tough workouts that are easy to follow and do at home.
