Hello!
I have one final giveaway for you guys while I am away!
I have a feeling quite a few of you will be excited about this giveaway since I’ve been talking up Tina’s Best Body Bootcamp for months and months. I joined her online boot camp when she first began it last year and have enjoyed participating in ever single round since then.
Tina is a certified personal trainer, blogger and mom to two adorable kids. She is genuine, thoughtful and incredibly kind… but she will kick your butt!
When I first signed up for Tina’s first round of boot camp, I wasn’t sure what to expect.
She promised eight weeks of original workouts for only $25. I knew what she was offering would typically cost a million times more than $25, so I signed up figuring I could use her workouts as inspiration if they weren’t exactly my style.
I ended up loving her workouts and have participated in all four rounds of online boot camp that Tina has offered since then! The boot camp workouts are fast-paced and challenging (but scalable to all fitness levels!) and since they change every two weeks, I am constantly excited to see what’s coming next which keeps me engaged in the program.
The boot camp works like this:
Every two weeks, Tina emails participants new workouts with detailed instructions and links to online videos to watch in case you’re unsure about certain exercises or want to be sure your form is correct. She also offers alternative exercises for participants to do if they want to scale the workouts back or push themselves a little bit more. Many of her workouts can be done at home as long as you have some basic exercise equipment like free weights and an exercise ball.
Tina also offers cash prizes to participants throughout the boot camp and entries are based on how many workouts you complete and points you earn from two additional goals you set for yourself (such as drinking more water, eating more vegetables, etc.).
A Best Body Bootcamp Facebook group was also created by Tina for participants to use to ask questions, motivate each other and share challenges or motivational tips.
Registration for the latest round of Best Body Bootcamp closes on April 7 but one PBF reader will win a free entry into the bootcamp!
To enter this giveaway, simply comment on the post below, telling me what you look for in a new workout plan. I’ll announce the winner tomorrow.
Good luck!

Oooooo, I want to win this one so bad!!!!!! I just did my first sprint tri and I would love to now do Tina’s bootcamp and get it even better shape! PLEASE pick me.
Andrea Merrigan says
What I look for varies depending on what I need at the time. Right now I need fat lose and muscle building together!
Jess in Maryland says
As a newlywed, I look for workouts that are effective in both cardiovascular exercise as well as muscle building/toning, affording me just the “right amount” of time in the gym. As a Registered Nurse, I am always looking for sound exercise advice and safety with proper body mechanics in exercise routines as well. I look for challenging exercise routines, ones that inspire me before, during, and after the workout itself. 🙂
Kelly says
I’d love to win this! I REALLY look forward to busting out of this darn plateau! 🙂
Megan says
I look for something I can do almost anywhere. I travel a lot for work so I’m in hotel gyms a lot. This would be so helpful for me because I get stuck in exercise ruts a lot!
Marjie says
I am looking for a workout that has weights. I want to be lean AND strong!
Mae says
I look for motivation to stay with it! Whether it’s results or just because it’s fun, it’s great if a new workout plan makes me want to stick with it rather than give up or quit.
Jen says
I need STRUCTURE in a plan! Been thinking of doing her bootcamp but paying for the wedding first….
Katja says
Greetings from Finland!
I am a passionate runner and getting some extra and variation in my workouts would be awesome. Running itself can feel a bit boring at times, so this would definitely give me more motivation!
This kind of workout program is also definitely something completely new here in Finland so I am excited to spread the word! 🙂
Erin Gates says
I look for a wo that doesn’t take too long, as I’m a mother of 2 little boys. I also look for a wo to focus on my trouble zones-legs/hips for me.
Brooke says
The most important thing I look for is a workout that will keep me intereted. If a program doesn’t switch the exercises up I find myself getting really bored and usually end up switching to something else!
Kristin says
I like having a new training plan that switches things up and also includes new (to me) exercises. My body always responds best when I change up my workouts every couple months and incorporate new things that I haven’t done before.
Beth says
I look for workouts that are different styles than the type I usually make for myself. I find that changing small details like supersets or burn out sets keeps things fresh not just to surprise your muscles but keeps me from getting bored as well!
Michelle says
I need a workout that is fast paced and will keep me interested the whole time!
GretchenP says
new moves that are challenging. thanks for the giveaway! 🙂
Carrie says
I struggle with strength training. I like doing cardio but I look for something that makes getting strong fun.

I’m looking for a workout that keeps my mind busy, I hate to get halfway through and get bored!

motivation and consistency is the key to push us forward, especially with regards to being dedicated to an exercise regime! i look forward to good, simple workouts that help to keep boredom at bay! 🙂 one that pushes u to the limit, yet is not over the top!
rachel says
I look for a workout that has me wanting to keep going without getting bored!
JM says
I look for something that keeps me interested. I always end up giving up due to finding workouts boring. I know they’re kind of meant to be (especially when you have to repeat them over and over), but new moves and variety is good.
Nicole says
I look for variety that keeps me motivated and interested in continuing with the program!
Karla says
I look for a plan that is not extreme and that appears like it would be effective.
Nicki says
I look for a plan that mixes up the exercises to keep it interesting, but is challenging. I can work out by myself and not be challenged…signing up with a trainer or a boot camp is for pushing me. Love this giveaway!
Bre says
I need something with structure that will kick me into a fitness routine again! BBBC sounds ideal!
Katie says
I am ready for a change! I’ve been stuck in a rut and need something to keep me motivated.

Jenn says
I look for structure and variety. This looks like it offers both : )
Heather says
I like something short yet effective, and doesn’t require too much equipment so I can do it at home!
Betsy says
I look for an effective workout to hold my interest. With a limited amount of time I need to make sure I’m getting what my body needs and deserves so I can be the best mom, wife, and employee.
Aleca says
I look for a workout plan that will keep my motivated and excited about working out, that is easy to do either at home or at my campus gym, and is challenging yet still fun!
Tanya says
I can get more easily with the same thing and would love someone to give me some new ideas!
Chelsea says
I look for a workout that is challenging, effective, and keeps me motivated! I often find myself completing the same workout each week which leaves me less engaged. I’d love a chance to participate in this workout challenge to keep me going strong!
Andrea says
I get pretty bored easily and quickly with doing weights so I think her boot-camp would be a good way to vamp up my workouts and push me to that next level!
Becky says
I look for something that is really going to challenge me and make me sore! I like doing new exercises or workouts I have never done before. I also like when strength and cardio are combined. I like to do a little bit of everything. 🙂
Katie says
When I’m starting a new workout plan, I always look for something that strikes the right balance between being challenging and being discouraging. I love being able to meet small goals along the way and to have my workouts change up a bit to keep them interesting!
Carissa says
I want something that will push me and also keep me engaged so I don’t get bored!
Erin says
I look for something that will motivate and push me past the point the workouts I come up with myself can.
Allie says
I definitely look for something fast, effective, and accessible as I have limited time to myself (4kiddos!). Tina’s plan sounds awesome and I’d love to give it a try!
Kelly Zdrowak says
I always look for something really challenging. It has to be something that leaves me feeling like I died and can’t even move the next morning. Yes it hurts, but it’s that kind of hurt that leaves you feeling like you’re improving and you worked hard.
Emma says
I look for a challenging workout plan with variety, so that I do not get bored! It also needs to be well rounded, I love feeling like I have accomplished a lot after a workout!
Leah says
I would love to try these new work outs to have a consistent plan to follow that’s something new!
Nikki W says
I get bored easily, so definitely look for variety!
Alycia Wilson says
I love to try something new and challenge myself.
Jennifer says
I definitely need a good amount of variety. And with a chronic knee injury, I definitely like to look for some type of modifications when it comes to lateral movement.
Maribeth says
I look for flexibility in workout routines. I love structure though, but with life I need a little breathingn room!
Lola says
Oh, I’ve been wanting to try her Bootcamp but unsure of what it entails.
Right now, I am looking for a program that focuses on strength training with the possibility of being able to do it at home. Yoga and stretching are now a core part of the beginning and ending my workouts. It would be great to learn some new stretches.
