Hello!
I have one final giveaway for you guys while I am away!
I have a feeling quite a few of you will be excited about this giveaway since I’ve been talking up Tina’s Best Body Bootcamp for months and months. I joined her online boot camp when she first began it last year and have enjoyed participating in ever single round since then.
Tina is a certified personal trainer, blogger and mom to two adorable kids. She is genuine, thoughtful and incredibly kind… but she will kick your butt!
When I first signed up for Tina’s first round of boot camp, I wasn’t sure what to expect.
She promised eight weeks of original workouts for only $25. I knew what she was offering would typically cost a million times more than $25, so I signed up figuring I could use her workouts as inspiration if they weren’t exactly my style.
I ended up loving her workouts and have participated in all four rounds of online boot camp that Tina has offered since then! The boot camp workouts are fast-paced and challenging (but scalable to all fitness levels!) and since they change every two weeks, I am constantly excited to see what’s coming next which keeps me engaged in the program.
The boot camp works like this:
Every two weeks, Tina emails participants new workouts with detailed instructions and links to online videos to watch in case you’re unsure about certain exercises or want to be sure your form is correct. She also offers alternative exercises for participants to do if they want to scale the workouts back or push themselves a little bit more. Many of her workouts can be done at home as long as you have some basic exercise equipment like free weights and an exercise ball.
Tina also offers cash prizes to participants throughout the boot camp and entries are based on how many workouts you complete and points you earn from two additional goals you set for yourself (such as drinking more water, eating more vegetables, etc.).
A Best Body Bootcamp Facebook group was also created by Tina for participants to use to ask questions, motivate each other and share challenges or motivational tips.
Registration for the latest round of Best Body Bootcamp closes on April 7 but one PBF reader will win a free entry into the bootcamp!
To enter this giveaway, simply comment on the post below, telling me what you look for in a new workout plan. I’ll announce the winner tomorrow.
Good luck!
I would love to try Tina’s Best Body Bootcamp! What I am looking for in a workout is variety! I tend to get bored easily. The fact that she sends new workouts every two weeks sounds fantastic! 🙂
I look for something to change up my normal routine. I love trying new things!
this sounds awesome! I have the hardest time creating my own workouts…..this could solve all my problems!
I look for new ideas and workout combos to shake up my typical routine.
I would say variety is what I look for in new workout plans! I can’t stand doing the same thing over and over again. It just isn’t enjoyable for me! I’m more likely to push through an exercise I don’t care for if I know I won’t have to do it much longer.
Thanks for the opportunity Julie!
I started a new business while working a part time job so I am finding I am very busy with little time to workout. Having the workouts already made for me along with the ability to do them at home if needed is awesome!!
I look to be challenged! If I don’t sweat and have a “sweaty red face” at the end, then I didn’t work hard enough.
I look for something to get me out of my every day gym routine.
I look for a workout that incorporates weights and cardio. I like to lift heavier weights but also add in bursts of cardio to keep my heartrate up!
I need motivation to do something different!
I need to incorporate more weight training but I’m completely clueless! I would love to do it!
I look for the chance to learn new ways to tone up, especially my arms! I am getting married in September and my sleeveless gown really highlights the current state of my noodle-arms.
I’m getting married in September, so I need something to kick my butt until then!
I would love some variety in my workouts! Always looking for new inspiration to keep me motivated! 🙂
I’m raining for my first marathon and have a hard time finding strength workouts that will help balance out all the cardio work I do during the week. Tina’s Best Body Bootcamp would be a perfect way to supplement my training with some strength building exercises!
I want to be challenged and motivated to get a good workout in. I also look for structure and a schedule–programs with these qualities instill good habits!
I want something different and new to inspire my workouts!
I look for new workouts to be something different, a new way to challenge the muscles, provide great results, and most of all keep my interest.
A challenge, something new and different that you might not have otherwise thought of. Keeping the body on it’s toes so to speak is the best way to truly make a difference to your fitness levels! 🙂
I would love to do Tina’s workouts. I need something to get me motivated and switch up workouts. I think getting the email with new workouts would provide more motivation for me.
I look for something to keep me intrigued. Not the same old thing everyday. I also like something that I will do, there are so many workouts that I start and don’t keep up with. I would love to try Tina’s Best Body Workout! Pick me!!
I’m always looking for a new workout plan. I have always had my best results when I keep switching things up every 8 weeks or so. In a new routine I look for a mix of challenging exercises and one’s that don’t seem too challenging at the time but you feel the results later (especially when climbing the stairs)!
I’ve always wanted to try the Best Body Bootcamp, but for a poor college student, 25 dollars adds up really quickly. I’m looking for something that’s challenging, exciting and flexible to my schedule so that I can tone up for summer!
i’ve been in some hwat of a fitness rut after being so busy this winter with school and work so I’m looking for a motivating and organized fitness plan that I dont have to do much planning for!
I like to change up my workout routine so I don’t get bored. I like challenging workouts that will really push me and motivate me.
Oh my gosh I’ve been wanting to sign up for Tina’s bootcamp! I look for a new challenge in my workouts… I’ve trained for so long on my own that what I know kind of gets worn out 🙂
Variety!
I need variety, because I get bored really easily. If my workout isn’t consistently changing and I can’t “feel” the results of what I’m doing…I get bored and move on. This bootcamp sounds like it keeps you on your toes. Which would be great!
I am looking for a workout that will work on all areas of my body on a consistent basis.
i love a change in workouts!
I’m in need of some workouts besides running and this sounds perfect!
This sounds great – would love a chance to try these workouts.
I would love to try Tina’s Best Body Bootcamp! I have never tried something like that before and I am always looking for something new and exciting to continue to challenge myself.
I have been wanting to try this bootcamp to change things up in my daily workouts. I like new challenges!
This sounds awesome! I always look for variety and excitement so this sounds great!
I need motivation to challenge myself.
I am in desperate need of variety in my workout routine so that is what I am looking for in my new plan. Sounds like Tina’s Best Body Bootcamp will deliver just that! Would love to try it!
Structure and variety — I love gymming it 4-5 days a week, but after a while, you run out of workout ideas. This would be great for my routine!
I look for workouts that are progressive…but still allow time for adaptation.
What I look for? An expert who knows what will help my body more than I do! I tend to stick to what I’m comfortable with, but I know there are so many more options out there I should be exploring, workout-wise! Also, I’d love to incorporate more strength training back into my workouts (I’d be ashamed to tell you when the last time I did that…!).
I look for a good mix of strenght training and cardio, with workouts that are for the most part fast paced.
Thanks for all the recent giveaways you have been posting lately Julie! They have been super fun!
With two small kids at home, I hardly have time to get to the gym. So I am looking for a workout that can be done at home during naps. This would be perfect!
I look for a workout plan that is easy to follow, can be adapted as needed and gets results!
I look for something to keep me motivated. There is nothing worse than a boring workout routine!
I tend to get stuck in a work-out cardio rut. I do a lot of the same ole routine each day. This bootcamp sounds like a perfect way to incorporate some new strategies and more weights into my workouts! Perfect timing to tone up the Wisconsin winter bod. 🙂
I have been off the wagon for a couple of months after a hamstring injury and have spiraled out of control with my diet. I sit here this morning ready to get back to into it! My normal routine consisted of running and some gym work but need somethind different. I belong to a gym and checked to see about joining a crossfit course but it is expensive! My goal is to do 5 real pull ups!!! I have never done it before and almost got there last fall. Even if I don’t win, I am joining Tina’s Boot Camp. 🙂
I really need to change things up, and this seems like it will do the trick!
something tailored to my strengths and weaknesses, including injuries :\
I love new trying new things! This would be perfect!
I love a program that incorporates both strength and cardio and switches things up a lot because I tend to get bored easily 🙂
