Hello!
I have one final giveaway for you guys while I am away!
I have a feeling quite a few of you will be excited about this giveaway since I’ve been talking up Tina’s Best Body Bootcamp for months and months. I joined her online boot camp when she first began it last year and have enjoyed participating in ever single round since then.
Tina is a certified personal trainer, blogger and mom to two adorable kids. She is genuine, thoughtful and incredibly kind… but she will kick your butt!
When I first signed up for Tina’s first round of boot camp, I wasn’t sure what to expect.
She promised eight weeks of original workouts for only $25. I knew what she was offering would typically cost a million times more than $25, so I signed up figuring I could use her workouts as inspiration if they weren’t exactly my style.
I ended up loving her workouts and have participated in all four rounds of online boot camp that Tina has offered since then! The boot camp workouts are fast-paced and challenging (but scalable to all fitness levels!) and since they change every two weeks, I am constantly excited to see what’s coming next which keeps me engaged in the program.
The boot camp works like this:
Every two weeks, Tina emails participants new workouts with detailed instructions and links to online videos to watch in case you’re unsure about certain exercises or want to be sure your form is correct. She also offers alternative exercises for participants to do if they want to scale the workouts back or push themselves a little bit more. Many of her workouts can be done at home as long as you have some basic exercise equipment like free weights and an exercise ball.
Tina also offers cash prizes to participants throughout the boot camp and entries are based on how many workouts you complete and points you earn from two additional goals you set for yourself (such as drinking more water, eating more vegetables, etc.).
A Best Body Bootcamp Facebook group was also created by Tina for participants to use to ask questions, motivate each other and share challenges or motivational tips.
Registration for the latest round of Best Body Bootcamp closes on April 7 but one PBF reader will win a free entry into the bootcamp!
To enter this giveaway, simply comment on the post below, telling me what you look for in a new workout plan. I’ll announce the winner tomorrow.
Good luck!
I look for variety and challenge in new workouts!
I look for a well detailed plan. I’d much rather just follow directions than have to plan my own workout!
I am always looking for new exercises to mix up my workouts!
I need some new variety in my workouts!
I look for something challenging that I wouldn’t have been able to think of on my own 🙂
I get enough cardio with my running so I love finding an exercise program that focuses on strength training and agility to supplement my running.
I like challenging myself with variety and new workouts that build upon what I can already do.
I always need some variety as I get bored easily!
I’m def looking to change up my workout routine – I typically hit the gym during the week for my cardio and weight training, and I also throw in some classes to the mix as well – anything from pilates, step, zumpa, spin, yoga, etc.
I look for a variety. I can get bored easily doing the same workouts over and over.
it is so easy for me to get bogged down with a routine, so any new ideas or techniques to spice things up a bit are always a good thing!
The number one thing I look for is variety…it’s the spice of life!!
I get bored easily, (and I’m lazy! haha) so I look for workouts that are fun and different to keep me interested. I also like sneak attack workouts, doesn’t just about kill you when you are doing it, but definitely feel it later! I love post workout sore muscles! 🙂
I love to look for workouts that look both challenging and fun. If I head to the gym without a plan, I find myself wandering and I never get as good of a workout! Structure is important 🙂 .. and I love to be sweaty/exhausted at the end!
I look for fun and a challenge. Things to hold my attention and new things to try
What I look for in a new workout plan? Variety and new-to-me moves. I like to change-up my routine especially strength training; otherwise, I get bored and lose motivation. Also, I like to feel sore the next day 🙂
I look for variety. I tend to get bored easily.
I like a new workout that challenges me and keeps me wanting to come back for more!
I would love this! A friend of mine tried it last session and loved it!
Motivation! I need someone to motivate me!
I have been looking for a switch up in my workouts and this looks perfect. I would LOVE to participate in this bootcamp, especially because summer is just around the corner!
I started to blog about different workouts and would love to get some inspiration from Tina’s Best Body Bootcamp!
love it
I like the new challenges that come with a new workout. It’s always fun to mix it up!
I usually look for something that can be done at home because with my schedule, I know there will be days where I won’t make it to the gym!
I have been training for a half marathon since January. About a month ago I got a knee injury and haven’t been able to run. I lost motivation when this happened and I have been in the search for a good workout to get me pumped again. Bootcamp looks like a great way to get me out of my comfort zone of running and try something new.
I look for flexibility so I can still attend my favorite group fitness classes like bodypump and body attack!
I look for variety and flexibility
I’m looking for flexibility and fun!
Variety of strength training ideas
I’m currently in the middle of a transition to Crossfit, so I am always up for a mix-up in my workouts.
I look for something motivating and upbeat. There are so many workouts out there that it’s hard to find ones that really work for you and keep you going.
I look for something that will keep interested and motivated and will give me results! I’ve been looking for a new workout plan for a little while now 🙂
I love working out but I tend to fall into a routine and workout rut… I would love to try best body bootcamp!!!!
I need variety!!
Something that motivates me! I need a push to get back out there.
I like exercises that are outside the box. Something I couldn’t think up on my own!
I want something that will motivate me to work hard when I’m at the gym. I really need to get healthy and back in shape.
I look For Plenty Of Variety!
I look for new ideas and variety. I tend to get bored easily so keeping exercise fresh is what I need.
I like a nice variety for sure! I also love that fact that it would be all layed out for you. There’s no going to the gym and trying to figure out what you want to do next!
I am looking for something that would be flexible with my busy work schedule but something to help me progress in my fitness level.
I look for a variety in my exercise routine and also something that can be done from home and is flexible with that crazy little thing called life!!
I look for something that uses both muscles and cardio/endurance. Also, something that is challenging and fun!
I am always looking for something new with lots of variety.
I love running, but my body is so used to running that I need something else to mix into my routine 🙂
I always look for interesting new exercises! Would love to try Tina’s Bootcamp!
I look for someything fun, yet challenging that I can fit into my hectic schedule!
I look for something new to motivate me to get out of bed at 5:30am!
