Hello!
I have one final giveaway for you guys while I am away!
I have a feeling quite a few of you will be excited about this giveaway since I’ve been talking up Tina’s Best Body Bootcamp for months and months. I joined her online boot camp when she first began it last year and have enjoyed participating in ever single round since then.
Tina is a certified personal trainer, blogger and mom to two adorable kids. She is genuine, thoughtful and incredibly kind… but she will kick your butt!
When I first signed up for Tina’s first round of boot camp, I wasn’t sure what to expect.
She promised eight weeks of original workouts for only $25. I knew what she was offering would typically cost a million times more than $25, so I signed up figuring I could use her workouts as inspiration if they weren’t exactly my style.
I ended up loving her workouts and have participated in all four rounds of online boot camp that Tina has offered since then! The boot camp workouts are fast-paced and challenging (but scalable to all fitness levels!) and since they change every two weeks, I am constantly excited to see what’s coming next which keeps me engaged in the program.
The boot camp works like this:
Every two weeks, Tina emails participants new workouts with detailed instructions and links to online videos to watch in case you’re unsure about certain exercises or want to be sure your form is correct. She also offers alternative exercises for participants to do if they want to scale the workouts back or push themselves a little bit more. Many of her workouts can be done at home as long as you have some basic exercise equipment like free weights and an exercise ball.
Tina also offers cash prizes to participants throughout the boot camp and entries are based on how many workouts you complete and points you earn from two additional goals you set for yourself (such as drinking more water, eating more vegetables, etc.).
A Best Body Bootcamp Facebook group was also created by Tina for participants to use to ask questions, motivate each other and share challenges or motivational tips.
Registration for the latest round of Best Body Bootcamp closes on April 7 but one PBF reader will win a free entry into the bootcamp!
To enter this giveaway, simply comment on the post below, telling me what you look for in a new workout plan. I’ll announce the winner tomorrow.
Good luck!
Very cool idea! I’d be psyched to try an online bootcamp. I have always loved bootcamp classes at my gym so this concept intrigues me!
Fun and something new!
Something new and challenging, but still manageable. I remember trying to do scorpions for the first time last bootcamp…
I look for something fast paced that will keep me motivated in a new workout.
I am looking for a plan. I am good with working out, but I need structure!
I’m not the most experienced weight trainer so having a program like this that has instructions and informational videos would be great for me!
I look for workouts that require little to no workout equipment (or at least ones I don’t have to be at a fancy gym to use!)! 🙂
This would be a nice switch up on my wedding workout plan! :))
I look for something new and challenging- I crave that new workout soreness!
I want some more strength training!
I look for something that will keep me interested. Fun…
I look for a challenge! After a while, a lot of the workouts I build for myself become repetitive – and I can tell that my body gets used to them. I need someone else’s creativity to help kick my butt!
I look for something that will challenge me and be fun at the same time!
I look for something that provides me with a goal that I can achieve and that I can also see some real changes on my body after that goal!
I look for something that has structure so I stay disciplined.. but also keeps me & my body guessing!
A workout that is fun, challenging, intense, not too time consuming and of course can be done outdoors or in my basement! (Doesn’t require a gym membership!) 🙂
I look for something new and a program that won’t leave me bored! I love challenge!
I look for workouts that are challenging, yet non-repetitive. I get bored easily doing “x reps” or “y minutes” on the elliptical.
a fun challenging routine!
I definitely like any routine that pushes me out of my comfort zone with a lot of variety. It’s easy to fall into the same rotation of workouts and I’d like to do more!
Awesome! I love new workouts; I generally stick to running and BodyPump but am always up for something different! I get bored easily so I think this would be a perfect fix! Plus, living in North Dakota I need some good indoor workouts since it’s currently 6 degrees here 🙂 I would love to try Tina’s Best Body Bootcamp!
versatility and variety!
I am bored of my gym routine and am planning on signing up for this even if I don’t get it… It sounds awesome!
I look for something that doesn’t leave me bored to tears! I want to *want* to do my workouts!
I’m looking for a membership that’s challenging, and not too long, and that can be done at home with dumbells or barbells.
I’m looking to add weights into my workouts and would love a structured plan like this to help me get started!
I’ve never done anything like that at all and I think it would be great!
I look for something easy and different. I am new to workouts so it has to be easy and different so I don’t get bored.
I just moved and am gling to be in transition for awhile without a gym. I would love something I could do at hone!
I’m always looking for new ways to push myself, but any workout that involves strength exercises paired with little to no rest time really challenges me to work my very best!
Good arms and abs workouts!
I look for exercises that will challenge me and work all parts of my body. I like to sweat and really feel the burn! Great giveaway, Julie!! 🙂
Variation! I get bored easily so workouts that switch it up and keep you guessing are my favorite!
I’ve heard so much about the BBB and I’d love to try it! I always look for a workout that is challenging, makes me feel good when I finish, and is enjoyable.
I like plans! Especially ones that are challenging but not confusing.
I am looking for a new workout routine and this looks like the ticket! I look for workouts that are short and sweet!
I do not live close to a gym so this sounds eggcellent!! Happy Easter!
I am looking for a variety of workouts to keep it interesting and some support along the way!
Something challenging and effective!
I look for a workout that challenges me with new moves and constantly mixes things up so I never get bored!
I get bored easily so I look for something fun and challenging! I am constantly changing up my workouts so I don’t give up!
I look for something unfamiliar–if I haven’t tried it before, that means it’s a good one!
I look for workouts that target a few muscle groups at once like thruster squats! More bang for your fitness buck 🙂
I used to be extremely in shape and ever since coming to college, the change has kept me in running, but has kicked me out of the weight room. 🙁 For this reason, I actually LOST about 15 pounds of muscle weight (I guess it’s better than the Freshman 15!!). I’m fine with my body size, but I really miss the tone I used to have. Therefore, I would love this!
Great giveaway! I’ve heard great things about her boot camps!
I look for workouts that are interesting and keep me from getting bored. I also like to be challenged and to feel like I worked hard.
I look for something fun and easy to follow! Many times, written workout plans are hard to follow so it has to be simple movements that are still fun and effective.
I am really looking for versatility in my workout. I feel like I do the same workouts at the gym all the time and this would really change it up! Thanks!
I look for a program that makes me work, but where I am having so much fun, I do not realize I am working! Thats why I love Zumba!
I am a Personal Trainer as well, and my work outs are getting stale 🙁 I am looking for some great consistency and for another trainer to kick my ass!
I am always looking for something new to keep me motivated and to provide an incentive outside of weight loss/management.
