Workout
Today’s workout was very entertaining. I didn’t get bored once, which is a little rare for 50 minutes of straight cardio.
I started my workout on the treadmill with 35 minutes of incline walking and running… All mixed up!

After treadmill time, I hopped on the elliptical with Real Simple magazine and cranked out another 15 minutes of light cardio.
Breakfast
Last night Alternative Bagels were buy one get one free at the grocery store, so I snagged two bags of ’em!
I love the sweet wheat bagels. They’re the perfect size and have only 110 calories with 7 grams of filling fiber. Not too shabby for a bagel, huh?
I topped my toasted bagel with Justin’s maple almond butter and sliced strawberries for a yummy breakfast bagelwich.

Oh, I desperately, desperately need new bedding. I’m embarrassed to admit this, but my sheets have holes in them.
I absolutely love buying new stuff for my kitchen, aside from the fact it makes me feel kinda old to get excited about this stuff! Anyway, I would love to have the Artland Prescott Wine Glass in Aqua (Set of 2). I always buy cheap wine glasses (usually from the dollar store) and it’s time for me to invest in some relatively fancy ones:-)

Ok so I could have literally written this post this morning. I bought Alternative bagels at the downtown Publix yesterday because they were literally at the front of the store and I couldn’t resist buy 1 get 1 free! This morning I made an egg sandwich on the sweet wheat bagel! I didn’t have time to post this morning, but I will put the pic up tomorrow.
Too funny! That point of purchase marketing gets me everytime 🙂

CSN stores are great. they have so many cool appliances! i would definitely go for a panini press with changeable plates. ive been eyeing the cusinart one at costco for weeks!
