Oh man, I love love love goat cheese. I probably go through a package of goat cheese a week – I can’t believe I’m admitting that. Despite the fact that I have an obsession with it, I’ve never ever tried goat cheese with chocolate. Chocolate is another obsession of mine so I don’t know why I’ve never paired the two…. I would totally make your risotto! I love me some goat cheese and haven’t made risotto in a long time. It looks so yummy, especially now that the weather is cooling down.
As for dessert, the Pumpkin Panna Cotta. I love pumpkin and have never attempted to make panna cotta, but the recipe looks really simple and tasty.
