Though I typically eat my lunch at my desk while quickly drafting up a blog post and working through the remainder of my lunch, after such an intense week at the office, I headed home on my lunch break to attend to some necessary cleaning.
This evening is my friend Merri’s going away party (she’s moving to New York at the end of May) and quite a few of our friends are coming to Orlando from out of town for the shenanigans. Our friend Ross and his adorable chocolate lab Kona will be spending the night with us, which meant I had to straighten up my room the guest room.

A few dresses didn’t make it into the closet because they may be worn this evening.

- Coral one-shoulder dress: BCBG (via Hautelook)
- Black sleeveless dress: BCBG
- Black lace ruffle dress: Romeo & Juliet Couture (Hautelook)
Still not sure which one I’ll be wearing. It’ll likely be a game-time decision.
After a quick clean, I flew out of our apartment and back to work and prepared a yummy lunch that included leftovers from last night’s pulled pork dinner.
The Bone Suckin’ BBQ sauce made the meal fo’ sho’.
I initially planned to also enjoy a little baggie of granola with my lunch, but somehow that didn’t quite make it to lunchtime.
Back to work for 2.5 hours… not that I’m counting. 😉
So PUMPED for tonight! Hoping it ends up a little like this…
