The Dinner Made Easy ebook is finally here!
I’ve teamed up with Lindsay of The Lean Green Bean (a registered dietitian and meal planning guru), Brittany of Eating Bird Food (a certified health coach and personal trainer) and Gina of The Fitnessista (a personal trainer and the brains behind the delicious healthy breakfast cookie) to create Dinner Made Easy, an ebook that offers a four-week healthy dinner meal plan.
Dinner Made Easy includes 20 simple and healthy dinner recipes (five from each of us!) so you can have a healthy dinner on the table Monday through Friday for a full month! The ebook takes the guesswork and effort out of meal planning by providing shopping lists, food prep tips and easy and healthy recipes the whole family will love.
I was always more of a fly-by-the-seat-of-my-pants kind of person at dinnertime but when Chase was born, I quickly realized something had to change. Meal planning is truly the only way we are able to have healthy dinners on the table most nights and while I honestly enjoy meal planning, I know it’s a big-time pain in the butt for many people out there, which is where this ebook comes into play!
You don’t have to find any recipes, make grocery lists or figure out what parts of a recipe you can prep ahead of time on Sundays to save yourself time during the week… We did all of that for you!
If you feel like you’re struggling to find the time to sit down and plan healthy meals or don’t know where to begin when it comes to prepping food for the week ahead, Dinner Made Easy takes all of the guesswork out of meal planning to make it doable for anyone! The ebook combines a bunch of brand new delicious recipes with some of our favorite tried-and-true healthy recipes from our blogs and all of them are gluten-free (or can easily be made gluten-free with a simple swap) as well! I’ve had so much fun making the recipes my friends created from this ebook and cannot wait for you guys to try them out as well! (Note: Lindsay’s slow cooker chicken thighs are unreal!)
If you guys decide to purchase this ebook, we sincerely thank you and hope you love it and find it helpful in your meal planning adventures!
The ebook is temporarily available for $9.99 through this Sunday when the price will increase to $12.99 moving forward. I hope you can take advantage of the earlybird pricing and begin enjoying one month of healthy dinners next week!

Thanks!

I’m definitely in a meal rut right now (having a 3.5yr old and 5 month old leaves little time for creativity LOL), so I’m looking forward to trying new recipes. Do the meals serve 4 people?
Julie says
Yes! All meals serve four people!
Sheri says
OMG-so exciting! I was thinking the other day how much easier my life would be if someone did all the foot work and all I had to do was shop and follow directions! You guys are brilliant! I bought mine!

I’m in the crunch time of wedding planning and have been eating AWFUL – I cannot wait to start meal planing again and the fact that all of these are or can be made gluten free has grabbed me. I have Celiac and am getting bored of the same meals all the time! Thank you for this – I will be looking into getting it in the next few weeks. CONGRATS!!!

Are there any vegetarian or vegan recipes?

Neat! I really like this idea! Is the e-book printable? i.e – can I print out the shopping lists?
Is it possible to get an idea of what some of the recipes are?
Lynkra says
I tried to purchase this from Gina’s site and now your site using PayPal. For some reason PayPal won’t open after I put in my log in information. Has anyone else had this problem?
India says
I love that you teamed up with ladies to do this. The meal prep section has to be the most informative as that’s what I struggle with the most. Congrats!
gina (fitnessista) says
wahoo! it was so much fun to put this together with you girls! excited to make more of the recipes for our own dinners 🙂
xoxo

Love that these meals are “healthy” and not masked as being healthy but really being unhealthy (if that makes any sense). There are so many “healthy” lifestyle bloggers out there that are encouraging restriction of whole food groups (with no known allergy) and moralizing food by labeling it “clean” and “good”. As a mother, I know that I am modeling a balanced and healthy relationship with food for my kids. I appreciate you ladies providing this. Instead of encouraging us to do “unhealthy” things to be “healthy”. Thank you!
Ruthie says
Congrats, Julie! Do the weekly recipes share similar ingredients? That is, if one calls for cilantro on Monday, will I also use the cilantro for a recipe on Wednesday? Thanks!
Kristin says
I just purchased today and I’m so excited to give this a try. The recipes look amazing!
Ali says
What a great idea! Do the recipes include nutritional info as well?!
Caitie says
Hi Julie,
I want to purhase the e book but was wondering if a lot of your recipes use fresh seafood? Sadly I live nowhere near the ocean and that would make it tricky for me. Let me know if you get a chance. Thanks!
Julie says
There are a couple of recipes that call for salmon and shrimp but you can definitely use frozen!
Caitie says
Thanks for getting back to me. I will definitely give it a try. Hope you enjoy your vacation and your toe doesn’t bother you too much!
Liz L. says
I just purchased the ebook! I’m excited to try these recipes! As an added bonus, I am happy that they happen to be gluten free as well. Also, love the look and layout – nice job, ladies!
