I was so immersed in my work today that I actually worked right through my normal lunch time and didn’t even realize it until an hour later. This is very unlike me as I basically eat at the exact same time every day. Like clock work, baby!
When I finally broke for lunch, I enjoyed another pulled pork sandwich using leftovers from Monday night’s dinner to make a pulled pork sandwich.
On the side I also had a sliced yellow pepperand a cup of 2 percent Fage Greek yogurt, sweetened with honey.
A BBQ pulled pork sandwich may be one of my all-time favorite sandwiches… second only to the French dip sandwich from Houston’s. So good!

Back to work for another couple of hours! I’m anxious to bust outta here today because Ryan and I are going to try our hands at the Wicked lottery. Catcha after dinner!
P.S. The Fashion page was updated!
I love pulled pork but I have to say that a BLT will always be my favorite sandwich!
Congrats to the funky monkey winner 😀
Strawberries dipped in Nutella DOES sound good 🙂
So does pulled pork. Is it just me or do leftovers tastes ten times better a few days later? Enjoy your day!
ooooh good luck on the lottery- I LOVED Wicked 🙂 It is amazing!! have a fun Friday-and your lunch looks yummy!!
Fage 2% is the stuff dreams are made of!
Pulled pork is awesome, but I think I like pulled chicken even better! Friends of ours own a sauce company, and their barbecue sauce is OUT of this world – molasses-ey and smokey and just perfect on anything “grilled!”
AHAH OMG you had 674 entries!! well im not surprised cuz your blog is so popular!!!!!!
missed lunchtime??!?! woah i would never do that either!
I will cross my fingers for you…Wicked is awesome!!
Ryan looooooves pulled pork. I’m making him sit down with my this weekend and go through all of your recipes 🙂 so we can pick some more main courses together to try.
Yum, I love pulled pork sandwiches! All to often though, they are too dry. That’s that BBQ sauce is for! 😛
I never miss lunchtime either…I never understand when people say they “forgot” to eat! Good luck in the lottery tonight. Wicked is the best show ever!
Have a great weekend, Julie!
Congrats to the winner 🙂
While I am super jealous of olivewineandfood….girl you have good taste! I’ve never tried that combo (strawberries + nutella) but you better believe I’m buying a jumbo jar of nutella this weekend 😉
thank you! i’m super excited! i never win anything. and be careful with the jumbo bar of nutella-that could be dangerous.
Good luck with the Wicked lottery!! I still haven’t seen it – I’m dying to though! ALSO, on my plane ride on Wednesday, I sat next to a man who had a vizsla! (He showed me pictures of it on his iPad) I immediately thought of Sadie, of course! 😛
That sounds yummy. Fridays during Lent always force me to be creative since no meat is allowed.
Good luck with the Wicked lottery! I hope you’re enjoying it as we speak 😉 It’s coming to my area in April and I’m really hoping to catch a show!!
since you mentioned the two, i now have a craving for taking one of these delicious pulled pork sammies and dipping it in some French Dip..oh yes, i went there 😉
xoxo
Haha I like your style!
Strawberries dipped in Nutella sounds amazing. I can’t believe I didn’t think of that! 😛
I LOVE french dips. SO GOOD.
Nom nom! 😀 Your sandwich sounds so good! 😀

yay for wicked 🙂
Never once have I been so busy that my stomach didn’t alert me that food was necessary. Silly tummy 🙂
Isn’t Houston’s the best? The pulled pork looks delicious though!
