I will be rushing off to the gym the minute this blog post goes up but wanted to be sure to get in a good breakfast before it’s time to teach.
Today’s morning meal came together in a flash. Part one included a sliced pear topped with walnuts and a drizzle of honey.
Part two featured three hard boiled eggs and a cup of coffee!

Ahhh good luck teaching your first class! I recently discovered cycling this past spring and have fallen in love. It is the only cardio workout that keeps me focused and I never get bored. I often wonder how the teachers do it…since most of the time I am so out of breath I can’t talk…much less motivate an entire class. If I had to pick one thing (since I love most of the items up there) I would have to choose the Zella mesh capris. They look like the perfect pair of workout pants to transition from cycling/HIIT to a yoga class!
