I will be rushing off to the gym the minute this blog post goes up but wanted to be sure to get in a good breakfast before it’s time to teach.
Today’s morning meal came together in a flash. Part one included a sliced pear topped with walnuts and a drizzle of honey.
Part two featured three hard boiled eggs and a cup of coffee!

I love those boots and that north face jacket. I live in the Pacific North West, and it is always wet and rainy.
That zella training jacket — now thats what I need to keep warm during my runs this winter! And as a side note, I hope your spin class went well! Today was my first aqua toning at my local YMCA and it reminded me of when you first started teaching aqua classes. Definitely different than teaching land classes!
