I will be rushing off to the gym the minute this blog post goes up but wanted to be sure to get in a good breakfast before it’s time to teach.
Today’s morning meal came together in a flash. Part one included a sliced pear topped with walnuts and a drizzle of honey.
Part two featured three hard boiled eggs and a cup of coffee!

I would love those Sam Edelman boots! They look perfect for fall and I love all of the shoes I have tried from them.
Some new gym attire would be nice – especially leggings in the upcoming chilly Utah winter!
