Hello, hello!
How are you guys doing today? Things are going well in the Fagan household.
When my day begins with a delicious breakfast, there isn’t too much to complain about, I suppose.
Greek Yogurt + Kashi Go Lean Cereal + Butter Toffee Almonds
It was creamy, crunchy and oh-so-tasty! I’m hoping it keeps me satisfied until it’s time to break into my morning snack at work today. I’m headed out the minute this post is published and will see you guys after lunch!
But first, here’s today’s 10 Day You Challenge…
We are on day five of the 10 Day You Challenge, so it’s time to chat about five foods. Since listing five all-time favorite foods sounds a little too limiting, I’m just going to share five foods I love and could eat every single day without ever getting sick of them.
Let’s do this!
Five Foods
- Ice Cream
My all-time favorite food. There’s nothing better! (And if someone can find a petition for me to sign to bring back Ben & Jerry’s Oatmeal Cookie Chunk ice cream, I’d be all over it.)
- Chicago-Style Mix Popcorn (Cheddar + Caramel from Garrett’s)
The perfect combination of salty and sweet! If you ever find yourself in Chicago, you must stop by Garrett’s to buy a bag of the Chicago Mix popcorn while it’s still warm. It’s heavenly.
- My Mom’s Homemade Stuffing
Without a doubt, my favorite comfort food. This stuffing is a Thanksgiving staple in our house and one I look forward to eating every year!
- Whipped Cream
Ryan told me whipped cream doesn’t really count as a food since it’s more of a topping but I disagree. It’s delicious and I love it. Especially homemade whipped cream.
- Nut Butter (My Favorites: Peanut Butter + Almond Butter)
(Source)
The most addicting food on the planet. And so, so wonderful!

jan klein says
That’s a favorite of mine too. I love it with a little garlic salt & some green Tabasco too.
Kristen @ Glitter and Dust says
I haven’t! What a great idea. How much do you add? Tabasco – whoa! You girls are getting serious with your popcorn. Sounds like I might have to play around with some ingredients and spice things up a bit. How do you add it?
Kelsie says
I guess it depends on how much popcorn you make! But I usually just use the juice of one lemon and then a lot of Parmesan haha
Abby says
Your list looks delicious! If I had to choose a few foods to eat every single day, I would pick pita chips & hummus, dill pickles {trader joes brand}, and white cheddar popcorn. Now I am starving!!

That ice cream sounds soo sooo good!! And I agree with you, whipped cream totally is a food, I sometimes consider is a food group….but anyways, yeah, definitely my favorite, but I don’t enjoy it too often, and when I do, I don’t have too much because I’m lactose intolerant. Almond butter, lara bars, bananas, Trader Joe’s 85% dark chocolate, berries, I never get sick of those and actually eat most of those everyday for that reason haha
Shel@PeachyPalate says
Nut Butter is my number one!!! Ice cream is up there of the dairy free variety…cashew is the best! Dark chocolate tiffins (homemade raw chocolate loaded with fruit and nuts!), fried or poached eggs, roasted sweet potato and kabocha squash!
Melanie says
Ryan is wrong – Whipped Cream is most certainly a food! 🙂 My cat even likes to eat it out of the spray can.
And no life is complete without ice cream!

Lauren @ Focused To Be Fit says

Chelsea @ TableForOne says
I completely agree with the whipped cream! I actually wish it could be considered a food group…that’s how much I love it. I also really love pickles and could eat them all the time.
Allyssa says
Is your greek yogurt flavored or do you buy the plain style? I currently use vanilla and was just curious as to what flavor you use! My five would be: Popcorn, protein smoothies, Quest bars, dark chocolate, some sort of nut butter!
