Ingredients
Scale
- 4 cups carrots, peeled and sliced into long strips (julienne), lightly steamed
- 8 slices bacon, cooked (crispy!) and crumbled
- 3 tablespoons onion, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 5 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Combine carrots, bacon, onions, cinnamon, salt and pepper in a one-quart casserole dish
- Sprinkle with brown sugar and butter
- Cover and bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes
