I’m totally a workout DVD girl. I have never enjoyed the atmosphere of a gym; I blame it on my introversion but I love to workout with Ms. Jillian Michaels 🙂

I’ve been loving online Zumba workouts as the weather has gotten colder. It is so much fun, yet it’s a great workout that leaves me tired by the end.

Fitness blender videos have been life changing! Their quick and versatile workouts are effective and great for my busy schedule!

I am loving half marathon training runs at the moment (although my race is in Feb., so they’re not too long yet). I live in Vancouver, Canada, so it’s the perfect cool temperature out for a lil’ sweatin 🙂
I’m loving our gyms body pump type class at the moment! Workout goes by so fast. I’m hoping the barre classes you talk about come here soon!
My favorite work out is any form of dance class at a studio. Personally I’m loving hip hop and lyrical. The music is great, and you don’t even realize you are working out!

Fave current workout is Body Attack!
Current fav is simply outdoor running, only because the Florida winter temps are totally ideal!!! After training for a marathon over the hot, humid Florida summer, these 40-50 degree mornings feel AMAZING!
I am loving bootcamp as an additional workout to running. It has made a huge difference in my core strength, and I truly think it helped me “hold myself” up better during those last few miles of my last half-marathon (where your body wants to start slumping) to lead me to a PR!
I’m really into cardio and running workouts lately! I’d love to try a pure barre class if one ever starts up around where I live!
I am loving working out at the gym at my office building on my lunch hours lately. I usually do elliptical or stair climber plus some type of weight routine. It’s fast, effective and I now have my evenings free for all of the holiday fun happening lately!
My all time favorite workout is body pump! Ive recently discovered Turbo Kick and that is fun too!!
Currently loving benderfitness.com workouts. Great workout that I can do at home with my little one running around.
I’m in PA school and motivation/time to work out has been a challenge. But I love the 30 day challenges! Especially the plank and upper body ones.
