As I’m sure you know by now, Skyscapes are pretty much the best thing going and are the most comfortable, lightweight pair of casual shoes I own. I wear them all the time and have yet to meet one person who has them who doesn’t think they’re the best!

I am 15 weeks pregnant and just starting to get my energy back so I’m getting back into a routine and liking incline treadmill workouts.
My current favorite is TRX! I just started taking the classes at my local studio and can’t get enough!
Loving some Jillian Michaels workout DVDs! Boy do I ever love/hate her workouts! Started a couch to half marathon program as well. Feeling better already!

I’m a big fan of Barre 26. it is a class developed by my yoga studio. 45 minutes of barre and 45 minutes of Bikram. 90 minutes of a wonderful workout!
Every Wednesday, the ladies of my office and I do a quick morning yoga session in between meetings. It’s my favorite workout of the week!

I’m recovering from foot surgery, and my doctor has sadly pretty much forbidden me to exercise. But I’m still sneaking in some non-foot-stressing yoga poses 😉

Personal training circuits! I signed up with a trainer to learn all the machines.

I’m not doing it while I’m at school (free brand new campus gym, hello!) but I cannot wait to get back to CrossFit after graduation!

After a break from running due to a stress fracture, I’m slowly starting to get back into it, just a couple of times a week. It’s great getting to run again but I’ve lost so much speed and endurance!
