(They’re also incredibly generous and have contributed to both my Girls On The Run team and my LIVESTRONG at the YMCA group in the past which makes me love them even more!) As I’m sure you know by now, Skyscapes are pretty much the best thing going and are the most comfortable, lightweight pair of casual shoes I own. I wear them all the time and have yet to meet one person who has them who doesn’t think they’re the best!

The other day I took a group exercise class called Throwback Step — all 80s music!! It was a blast! I’m also working on maintaining my weight training routine through the holidays.
I am in love with barre workouts, and a new Pure Barre studio opened up close to me–I’m SO excited to try it this weekend!

Ha the only workout I do right now is walking, but I used to love kickboxing.

i’m limited by my health, but i teach a water aerobics class and love that. most of the students are women in their 60s an 70s and they are an inspiration
I go to an NYC small group training studio called RUSH that does intense HIIT workouts using TRX, sandbells & body weight exercises – I’ve been going 3x/week for almost a year now and I’ve never been this strong in my life!

I’ve been enjoying the kickboxing classes offered at my gym recently.
I’m on a December run streak… Running at least a mile everyday!
I am loving spin classes right now but am also dying to try some barre!! Trying to make up for all the holiday treats!
I love running, but in this cold weather, hot yoga is a close second!
Bikram – it keeps me warm, calms my mind and works it all out!
My favorite workout is SOMAmove! It´s a wonderful workout developed by a Swedish guy and makes you feel like a strong lion! It´s a series of movement called for example “scorpion2, “charging lion” and “scorpion”!
Tennis is great exercise and fun!
I am LOVING reformer pilates right now. Wish I could do it every day!
Riding my bike! home ->school -> work ->home. Adds up to about 1.5 hours every day!
