I’m lucky enough it is still warm enough in CA to work out outside a lot. The animal clinic I work at just rescued a Labradoodle – and she needs a lot of exercise. So a lunchtime run on the beach does us both good 🙂
My current favorite workout is just going for a nice refreshing run outside to take a break in between studying for finals. Looking forward to going home for winter break and getting back into workout classes!
Hiking! This time of year the weather can be quite chilly but once you’re moving and hiking for miles you warm up pretty fast! :!

After trying to lose weight for forever, I am running and trying to find things that are cute and fit me! I still have a loooong way to go, but I think I can make it. So, running it is for me!
I’m all wild about a course called “muscle fire” at my gym at the moment. It leaves a nice burn EVERYWHERE and I really feel so good afterwards!!

I love my at home fitness routine. Treadmill and weights!
MY favorite workouts of the moment has to be classes at my gym– body pump, body roll (a class where you just use the roller to get out all your kinks– its fabulous), hot yoga, spin, etc. I run about two marathons a year and am just going through a running rut. Varying up the classes has been a nice break from the constant mileage on my knees!

Welllll I had hip surgery in October, and I’m still on crutches, so the most exercise I’m doing is physical therapy!

I am training for my first marathon so my favorite workout right now is running – it is even better when I run with my girlfriends or if I don’t have to push the baby stroller the entire time!
I’m running about three times a week now and doing yoga at home in between runs. I’ve been sticking with a routine for a few months now and I can now run a lot farther and stretch a lot deeper! Yay for progress!
Since It’s cold outside I am all about spin classes! For strength I’ve been doing a lot of HIIT style workouts and I always feel energized after!

I Just completed my first marathon and have been trying to find something new to focus on. I decided to take advantage of the gym at my new job and have been completing many pbfingers workouts posted on your site!!
I have been doing a mixture of strength training with weights, running for distance, and yoga for core strength. It’s a whole lot more motivating when you have new workout clothes!!!
Favorite workout is good old fashioned running ! Just had a baby so counting down the days til I’m cleared to start up again and burn off some if the extra weight
