Today’s giveaway is coming to you from my friends at Reebok!
You guys are most likely well aware of my affinity for Reebok and their awesome fitness apparel and athletic shoes. (They’re also incredibly generous and have contributed to both my Girls On The Run team and my LIVESTRONG at the YMCA group in the past which makes me love them even more!) When I reached out to Reebok about my Happy Holidays Giveaway Week, they were kind enough to offer two awesome giveaway prizes.
One PBF reader will win a $250 Reebok gift card and a runner-up winner will win a pair of my beloved Skyscapes in the color of their choice!
As I’m sure you know by now, Skyscapes are pretty much the best thing going and are the most comfortable, lightweight pair of casual shoes I own. I wear them all the time and have yet to meet one person who has them who doesn’t think they’re the best!
As for the $250 gift card, you can spend it on whatever you want!
Here are a few items that have caught my eye, some of which I already own and love…
Sports Bras
Cloud Bra // One Series Strappy Bra // Positive Yoga Bra
Tops/Pullovers
Studio Burnout Crew Neck Pullover // Positive Tank // One Series 1/4 Zip
And of course my new favorite super comfy YO-GA Hoodie…
The YO-GA Hoodie is the cowl-neck hoodie I wore to brunch last Sunday.
I bought it through RueLaLa three weeks ago and have worn it an embarrassing number of times since!
Leggings/Capris
Own Spark Capri // Glitch Leggings // CrossFit Chase Capri

I am loving interval classes right now ! 🙂
Crossfit! 100%! Love it!
Currently by best friend and I are creating weekly workout schedules for us to follow each week. We are taking turns making the weekly workout plans up to follow. So much fun and helps to keep us on track during the holidays. I love a good HIIT workout!
I love body weight training and yoga!
Running! I LOVE the cooler weather for running–the air feels so fresh! Also ice skating whenever I can (they “make” an ice rink in dowtown Greenville every year). Love it!
Bodypump all the way!! Although, I really want to try Pure Barre soon!
Crossfit all the way!
Good old weight lifting is my go-to!

I am obsessed with Orange Theory. Strength and cardio all in one. I leave drenched in sweat!
i have been really into strength training recently! I’m usually a runner, but I’ve been injured recently, so I’ve focused on lower body strength (think glutes!) and abs!
my favorite workout continues to be core barre for the moment!
I’ve really been getting back into tabata circuits! They really make the time fly when I workout, plus tabata has no problem getting my heart rate up in a short amount of time!
Right now I’m into Bodyflow and XBike. I also decided I needed more yoga in my life and have been hitting up yoga classes at the Y or doing an at home yoga DVD workout.
I’m Lovinf HITT runs on the treadmill followed by strength!
My workout of the moment has been quick HIIT workouts or body weight workouts I can do anywhere
My favorite workout right now is boot camp. I’m also loving your winter warm up for times when I get to the gym an need a fast and efficient workout!

Barre and HIIT.. it’s a great combo!

a mix of body pump and zumba classes!
I love circuit workouts right now! Mixing weights and cardio always leaves me feeling like I had a great workout!
My favourite workout of the moment has to be yoga. The class I usually take has a good core workout and a nice relaxing component at the end!
I’m loving the circuit workouts put together by one of my friends who teaches at my gym. They’re incredibly tough and make things I didn’t even know existed burn.
Due to my busy schedule I have to workout at home at odd time. So lately I’ve been loving some sort of silent/ apartment friendly workouts. So no jumps or run. Could i ask you if you can write some sort of silent and apartment friendly workout? thank you Azzurra

Running has been my workout of choice lately.
I’m all about the treadmill these days. Usually I think it’s boring, but lately I’m loving the ability to ramp it up and down for short periods of time.
I’ve been loving BodyFlow lately 🙂
I am loving walking/running and body pump, but I really want to try barre and hot yoga!
I’ve been rocking the Insanity workout lately, trying to get in a bit of extra cardio to make room for the holiday season.
I’m hooked on the 7-minute workout!
I have been loving PiYo!
I like doing a variety of strength, hiit, and pilates, but right now my favorite workout is running. The weather is really cold here, but after the first mile I warm up and it’s fun to be outside checking out all the decorations this time of year.
I have been loving running outside!
I’ve been obsessed with barre lately! I love how challenging it is and how the classes seem to fly by!
I’ve been loving the free boot camp classes at my Y! The teacher is amazing and I’m sore for days after.
Finishing up my training for my marathon at the end of this month, I’ve gotten really sick of running. currently (I just hope I survive my marathon now lol) I enjoy the ride (cycle/spin) classes and a personal training group session I get to join in on Fridays or Sundays sometime!
I have a playlist of YouTube videos for some awesome at-home workouts during these cold winter months!
Crossfit is my thing! I’ve been doing Crossfit for almost a year (started as a New Year Resolution and I’ve stuck to it) and my body has changed sooo much. I’ve always thought I wanted to be skinny but after seeing what my body can do, I’ll take strong any day! <3
My favorite workout moment would be when I finally made my distance goal of a 6 mile run without stopping! I was so tired, but i felt like a champ!
I tried BodyCombat for the first time last week and loved it! Such a great workout to relieve end-of-semester stress 🙂
loving a cardio/weights class my gym offers now. you spin 10ish minutes, lift a few sets, then do suicides with more weights between each suicide to close it out, great combo of interval and strength.
