Without a doubt, BODYCOMBAT!!! It is my absolute favorite class to take and teach 🙂 There is nothing better than walking out of the group x room, feeling like a total bad-ass! Or, looking at the members in class and seeing their intensity and actually being able to feel how much they love it too. It makes all the stress of launch weeks and the time put into learning the choreography front to back, so worth it 🙂 I LOVE IT!
I’m loving spin class right now!
My current go to for a workout is running and I throw the occasional body pump classes in with that.
Crossfit, crossfit, and more crossfit. Did i mention crossfit?
Bootcamp and Yoga!
My friend and I are compiling workouts together…so this week, she is in charge and has been sending me workouts to do daily (we live in different states). It’s been fun!

I have been enjoying cold weather running these past few weeks.
Right now, I’m enjoying running in the crisp cold evenings here in Ohio!
Crossfit! I am the oldest, slowest and most out of shape but I still show up every day and slowly I’m getting stronger!
Running! I just started marathon training this week!
Spinning is my favorite. I’d like to mix my cardio routine up a bit though. My gym offers a kickboxing class, but it’s just too late in the evening for my taste.
I’m loving biking!
I’m currently doing at home workouts and TRX classes at my gym. The TRX classes are my current “it” workout 🙂
I have been using workout videos due to the cold weather!
I have been doing one of FitnessBlender’s 8 week programs and I love it. It’s a good mix of different styles of workouts.
My favorite workout right now is doing intervals/HIIT on the treadmill. It’s way to cold to go outside in the mornings this time of year, so the treadmill has become a very good friend of mine!
My best friend got me into hot yoga about a month and a half ago and it has been my jam ever since!! I had done yoga before, but never taken a hot vinyasa class….its so great during these cold months!:)
My two go-to workouts right now are: Piyo and circuit training!
I have been running in training for my first half in Feb…the Disney Princess Half! I have also incorporated heavy weight training. It makes me feel so strong and is doing wonders for my metabolism! Which is much needed this time of year 😉
I love step aerobics class! I feel like I should be in the 80s with sweatbands on when I do it. I feel incredible afterwards!
I recently started doing online workouts through Barre 3 and am loving them!
I love working out at home and I’m doing the T25 series right now. Next is PiYo!
I am currently living off of a hodge podge of Groupons, including hot yoga, Barre classes and pilates reformer. Pilates reformer is my hands down favorite.
I’ve been lifting and running during my lunch period at the high school where I teach. It’s convenient and I have access to lots of equipment every day.
I’ve been practicing more and more yoga!
Currently, being a busy wife and mom of 2, my workouts include 3-4 miles on the treadmill with some light strength training all of which take place in my garage!
Been a big fan of at-home work out DVD’s or long walks with the pup recently!!
I’m currently enjoying running (and pretty much only running) at the time because I’m running a half marathon in a week and a half!
I’m not doing any particular classes right now, although I always love a good HIIT class. I’m really enjoying my marathon training – it’s starting to get seriously challenging… so it’s forcing more discipline into my life if I want to get my runs accomplished!

I love your site because it’s always so positive and inspiring. My workout of the moment is a zumba class that is ALLLL booty music. Hardly any salsa so it feels like I’m out at the club with my girls. So fun!
I am a runner but lately have been playing beach volleyball every Sunday and it has taken over as my favorite right now!
Due to the cold weather, I stick to my indoor treadmill run/walk interval sessions, but am now incorporating stairs where I work. Anytime I go for coffee or take a bathroom break, I do a few flights of stairs as well. Dying to try out the shoes!
I have been doing a bunch of classes at the gym at my work that I have been loving! Interval Training and Cardio Mix rise to the top of my favorites for sure!
Cross-training classes!
Still in love with running….but have started hot yoga once a week which I adore!
There is a class at my studio called Arms and Abs, it is currently my favorite!
Bootcamp is my go-to workout! I love the positive energy everyone brings and I always leave feeling like I had a crazy good workout 🙂
My current favorite workout is just following a weight training plan with limited cardio!
At-home functional workouts mixed with cardio has been my thing as of late! Love love love:) Also loving those fun workout tights- I LIVE in stretchy clothing…so those look awesome. And I’ve been wanting to try out those skyscapes- they really do look comfy!
Running outside is my favorite exercise right now. The weather is perfect – not too hot or cold!
I’ve been doing barre3 workouts at home because it’s too gross to go outside and I’m loving them!
I have been walking lately. The weather in FL is awesome now, so I have been trying to spend some time outside.
running, all day every day. i like group fitness classes (bootcamp mainly), but running will always be my first love.
I just bought a barbell and have been doing intense work outs at home!
Hmmm favorite workout of the moment…. probably swimming! Or taking my dog on long trail walks on the weekends 🙂

We have an Insanity class at my gym, which is Shaun T’s Insanity but with an instructor so it’s super motivating! Thursday mornings at 5:15 is a half hour of Insanity and a half hour of PiYo. I love the different intensities of each workout and it’s a great way to start my morning!
