As I’m sure you know by now, Skyscapes are pretty much the best thing going and are the most comfortable, lightweight pair of casual shoes I own. I wear them all the time and have yet to meet one person who has them who doesn’t think they’re the best!

I’m a runner who occasionally makes it to hot yoga.

Went to my first barre class recently and had a blast!

I’ve been braving the weather to go running and hit the gym a couple of times a week to lift!
I am loving TRX classes at the gym! They are a total body workout that I cant get enough of!
I am obsessed with power yoga! I think it may be my goal of 2015 to become a certified yoga teacher, I’d love to help other people find the inspiration and strength through yoga like I did.
I’m loving the stair master recently! I also have been to a few hot yoga classes, and am starting to get the hang of it!
I’m really loving strength training lately. I’ve been working towards completing an unassisted full weight pull up and am so close! I am down to only 10 pounds of assisted weight on the pull up bar and hope to be able to do one by Christmas!
Pure Barre is my jam right now! I would love to have a giftcard to spend on some new tights and tanks.
I got into my local gym’s body pump classes after seeing all of your comments on how much fun you had doing them. I fell in love and really feel like I gain strength each week with the workouts!
I joined an amazing boot camp gym and have gone every day for about 3 months now! Loving it!! It’s called Tyler English Fitness Systems in CT if anyone is interested, I highly recommend it. 45 minute boot camps all day every day (except Sunday, when they offer yoga)
Since I’m pregnant, my favorite workout right now is yoga! It helps me relax and get my body stretched out.

Right now, I’m really enjoying riding my bike. I have it on the trainer in my living room, so I can catch up on my DVR as I ride! 🙂
i was an avid runner but since moving to michigan, the cold weather has kept me indoors (and without a treadmill!)——-i’ve been looking on the internet for new workouts. fitness blender is a favorite, along with some circuits from you and other pinterest finds! or i make them up myself!

The company I work for has a gym and they also offer classes. I have become addicted to HIIT Me+Tabata! They offer it twice a week and I never miss a class!
I am completely in love with my Saturday morning boot camp classes… (and no, that’s not all I do! HA!)
Right now I lift weights in my at home gym.
Just moved and joined the Y in my new city and started doing Body Pump….love it!

Orange Theory Fitness Classes. I’m obsessed!!!
I’m just getting back to the grind after having to take some time off. My favorite workout is always hot yoga (I’m obsessed) but I’m still slowly training my body to run again and doing workouts at home using your circuit workouts (the winter one from the other day STILL has my legs sore!) and the app Sworkit.
I have been doing a good job of incorporating more yoga and core training during the triathlon off season. Still love the bike and run, but had goals to focus on this areas a bit more during the winter!
I have been into HIIT style group fitness classes! Loving the toning and cardio mix, plus the group workouts have been extra motivating!
My local fitness studio has hiit/bootcamp style workouts that I am addicted to right now. Two different teachers one who does more cardio and one who does more strength. The balance is perfect!
I love to spin. Love, love, love it! I also love a good sweaty workout with weights.
I am loving Orange Theory classes at the moment!

Love my random fitness classes lately. This morning was barbell bonanza…totally kicked my trash!
I’ve been trying out the FitStar app, I like that it is always pushing me a little bit harder each time.
I am in the heart of finals so a lot of “at home” style workouts have been my go-to, when I don’t have the time to get to the gym. I love the “tone-it-up” series and a good run!
I’m all about spin classes and hot yoga.
Having two kids under two, my workouts have been body weight based, lots of lunges, squats, pushups, etc!!! Shows my kids you can be fit doing very simple exercises!!! My daughter has started to “exercise” with me!!!
My favorite workout lately has been ballet beautiful!

I love teaching my DanceFit classes right now with a little dancing, a little cardio, and a little weight workout. It’s the best balance! 🙂
I LOVE the slide board in Vbarre classes. I use it when there isn’t a class to attend!
