I’m still loving good old Body Pump. Such a good way to strength train my whole body.
I am really enjoying walking on the treadmill with the incline set to the max!
I’m trying to do more interval workouts. Love the burst of energy!
I am getting back into running and loving it!
I am incorporating more weight lifting into my workout rotation. I am a cardio junkie so this has been a challenge for me.
I’m loving Insanity Asylum right now. It really kicks my butt!!
I am loving Zumba right now!
My favorite class is a dance class called WERQ, it’s like Zumba but with hip hop and pop (top 40 stuff) and is SO much fun!
I use workout dvds in the mornings while the kiddo is still sleeping. However, I’m in a slump and need some new motivation. New workout clothes might be just the thing.
My favorite workout is lifting!
My barre studio has a Rebox class that I LOVE!! It is a mix of kickboxing, barre, and pilates movements. Such a great workout and I always come away feeling powerful (and sweaty!).
Like you, my favorite workout at the moment (or the past 6 months) is Pure Barre! I just joined the 100 club:)
Lately I’ve been taking a barre class and running more!
I am loving running outside right now – trying to get as many runs in as possible before all the snow and ice make it too challenging to be outside.
I am really into crunches and planks.
My favorite workout/obsession is PiYo. Just finished up my first session!!
The elliptical is my quick work out of choice.
I try to run regularly and incorporate some workouts from YouTube.
CrossFit!! I’ve been doing it since June and haven’t looked back
A Pure Barre just opened in St. Louis and I love it! I’m slightly addicted.
Treadmill workouts
My favorite workout of the moment is running! Although it’s no longer “running season” in Chicago, nothing makes me happier than a 5-mile run along the lakefront.
I’m loving hot yoga flow classes. I can’t get enough!
I’ve put my running on hold since i’m 7 months pregnant right now! So these days I mostly stick with walking, the bike, and lifting weights 🙂
I am loving morning yoga…there is something pretty awesome about starting the day with a good stretch!
Currently my favorite workout is this class called Cardio Xplosion! It’s super fun and is like a bootcamp class.
I have been doing lots of weightlifting lately so my muscles will eat all of my holiday food!
I do an outdoor boot camp (Camp Gladiator) and it’s rain or shine! On contrast, I also do hot yoga and Pilates classes.
I’m loving strength group fitness classes lately – bodypump and trx!
I’ve been really busy this month, so my 30 minute high intensity boxing workout has been perfect!
I have been loving pure barre and at home workouts! Mostly because they’re inside and it’s so cold! Hoping for some outdoor running gear for Christmas so I can start running again 🙂

OK, I am actually doing a variety of stuff. It depends on what I am in the mood for, although, currently, I am loving yoga poses and stretches. They are just so relaxing! 😉
On other days, I'll do workout DVDs and I also dance for about 4 hours every week, so that has me busy as well.

I’ve been really enjoying Crossfit lately. It’s definitely a love/hate relationship!
I currently work out at home with a DailyBurn.com subscription. I love that it’s affordable, I can do it on my own time and they have a great variety of workout “classes.” They are always challenging and different and I love the “burn” I get from all of them.
I am that weird person who loves the treadmill! So, I’m happy it’s cold in Cleveland!
I reluctantly took my first spin class a few weeks ago. It has turned into my new obsession. The only downside is I can only take it three times a week due to the schedule at my Y. Boo 🙁
Running!!!!! I ran a marathon in October and thought I would despise running after (as I did for much of training!) but I’m starting to love it more than ever. Now that it’s getting colder I’m also craving hot yoga, which is a shame because it’s so expensive! 🙂
athletic conditioning, tabata type classes are my favorite right now!

I am 27 weeks pregnant, so I am loving the elliptical and body weight exercises!
These days I’ve been participating in Dance Trance, Running, and Swimming. I’m going to give yoga a try after the new year.
