I love just good old-fashioned spinning
I’m nearly 30 weeks pregnant so my workout du jour is usually pushing the kids around the block a few times and then passing out on the couch for a few hours! Although on good days I’m still doing some weight training and even some modified T25 videos 🙂
I am LOVING my at home DVDs right now! Best part; I don’t have to get out in the cold (it’s supposed to snow here on Saturday)!

The weather has been surprisingly wonderful lately so I’m loving a good run outside!! Enjoy it while it lasts 😉
Currently, my favorite workout is outdoor boot camp! I live in Dallas so the weather is still cool, but not too cold, so it’s still enjoyable!

I have been trying to fit any workout at home I can fit in.
I’m loving speed workouts outside lately. They may not feel great during the workout, but I feel oh-so-accomplished afterwards!
I’m getting better at running and I’m very excited about it! I have run for a while, but this is the first time that I don’t hate it!

Cold weather running!
PiYo is the best! It’s the perfect mix of two of my favorite workouts and I never finish a session feeling like my body wasn’t challenged.
Hey Julie, My favorite workout of the moment is the Tabata Bootcamp class at my gym! It is a sweaty mess! Love it!!
I am loving yoga! Makes me relaxed and it’s also a challenge!
After an injury I have just gotten back into heavy weight training and am fired up again about getting stronger!
With a 4 month old baby at home, I am rocking out the Jillian Michaels’ DVDs lately. I love that they are quick and effective and I can do them in my living room while baby is sleeping on the weekends and in the wee hours of the morning before work!
Running – especially now that temps have dropped below 100* around here!
Great giveaway! I’m carefully getting back into running after having knee surgery this summer. I’m also loving functional fitness/minimal equipment and body weight circuits
Barre and Body Pump!
LOVING bootcamp lately. It’s so hard every time, but I always feel so proud of myself when I’m done. I’ve done things successfully in these classes that I would never have thought I could.

I’ve been doing pilates at home thanks to blogilates. I do look forward to getting back to the gym when i have more time, but wow is it ever a good workout!
Trail running! But I’ve been dying to check out a Pure Barre class.
I am in love with Zumba. It is such a fun workout and I always catch myself smiling and laughing during the class. I’m actually thinking about becoming an instructor myself
I’ve been doing yoga at home…I’m 34 wks pregnant so taking it easy! And I just added the skyscapes to my holiday wish list last night 🙂

My favorite way to exercise is running, but I just injured my leg, so I have been focusing on upper body and core exercises lately!
I am super into PiYo right now! It’s a great cross training workout for all the running I like to do! It definitely gives my muscles the much needed strengthening, lengthening, and stretching after running workouts!
I am loving the boot camp classes at my gym – I’ve already been to 2 this week and am on a roll! They are challenging but it feels so good afterward to know I worked hard.
I recently tried spin and loved it! The upbeat music is the best part.
For the first time ever, I’ve been weightlifting and SO enjoying it! I am feeling strong and toned, but not bulky. Thank you for hosting these giveaways!

My favorite workout of the moment is Bikram Yoga, I only have it at home and go to college away from home in NC, so being home for the holidays means a lot of Bikram in my future!
Right now I squeeze in a workout when I can, which is usually embarrassingly early or way too late at night! Jillian Michaels’ 30 Day Shred is getting its fair share of use in my DVD player!! A quick workout that incorporates cardio, strength AND abs? I’ll take it! 🙂
