Loving spin classes lately!
I’ve been running stairs in my 8 story apartment complex. 15-20 minutes of stair running is enough to kick my butt, and I don’t have to brave the cold!
I have been loving Tabata classes
Using my kettlebells at home!
Boot camp is my jam. It never gets old!
I have been loving lots of short HIIT workouts that are enough to get me sweaty and exhausted in 20 minutes but I can still fit it in during my busy schedule!
I’m doing Orangetheory which I absolutely love! I’m getting married in January so I’m in the fitness home stretch!
Using my kettlebells at home and body pump class at the studio 🙂
I love at home workouts like ToneItUp and Kayla Itsines.
Running and outdoor cycling! 🙂
My favorite winter workouts have been in the gym since it’s too cold to exercise outside!
I’m loving Corepower Yoga
I signed up for a year of barre class, so I usually do that 3-4 nights a week and then switch things up with some cardio or excersices from Kayla Itsines ‘Bikini Body Guide’
I would LOVE some new sports bras, leggings and those sneakers look super comfy!
Spin! I finally found a gym with spin classes I can actually fit into my schedule! It’s been 4+ years since I was last able to spin regularly!
I am loving yoga right now- it’s really helping me manage holiday stress!
I can’t get enough of the Spin classes at my college’s gym! It’s a great way to meet new people and take a break from finals studying. 🙂

I’ve been to a few spinning classes lately and I usually don’t enjoy them, but the more I do them, the more I like them!
I downloaded a new app on my phone that has 7 minute boot camp style workouts on it!
Bar Method classes! Tried one for the first time two months ago and have been trying to go on a regular weekly basis since… I love how great it is for toning!
I am loving going for a cold, early morning run and strength training.
Right now I’m in a cardio groove! I’m loving Spin classes and HIIT workouts.

I just got a new dog, so we’ve been taking lots of long walks a couple times a day. I also still like to do intervals on my treadmill and different weight workouts (right now I’m doing Tony Horton’s Power Half Hour arms).
I think I am finally going to start going to yoga classes as well. I see so many cool pictures on Instagram and it’s really inspiring me!

I am loving Zumba more and more with each class! I love how I can just let loose after a hectic day and find my inner diva on the dance floor, haha!

I recently discovered TRX, it’s such a great workout!
My favorite workout this past month has been “20/20/20” which is 20 minutes of kickboxing, 20 minutes of cardio cutz and 20 minutes or lower body/abs/barre.
Just started marathon training, so running is my frequent workout at the moment!

I’ve been enjoying a local bootcamp class here called Fit Chicks! It’s been great for building strength and pushing my limits.
Barre – such a good workout and I love that I can do it in my own home with the Barre3 online subscription.
I love the plain old gym elliptical.
