As I’m sure you know by now, Skyscapes are pretty much the best thing going and are the most comfortable, lightweight pair of casual shoes I own. I wear them all the time and have yet to meet one person who has them who doesn’t think they’re the best!

I’m getting back into lifting after exclusively running for far too long!
Turbo kick is my favorite class. I prefer to run, but it’s just too cold!
Alternating strength workouts from a personal trainer and then cardio for the other days. I love to get outside to hike and burn some calories!
I’m doing PiYo! Loving it so far! Needed something low impact b/c I tend to get injured. Seems to be working so far!
I`ve recently gotten really into boot camp classes! I`m hooked.
I’m loving running in the chilly Ohio weather! This just might be my favorite time of year to run here – as long as the snow isn’t sticking to the ground or it becomes icy:-)
I am loving a good spin class! It keeps me motivated in the winter months!
Pure barre!! I am completely addicted. Also, I’ve been enjoying running in the chilly weather and looking at all the Christmas lights!

I absolutely love Reebok! Part of my obsession with Reebok may be the fact that they have the best Crossfit gear. I have been doing Crossfit for almost 2 years and I can’t get enough of it!
My favorite workout right now is boxing! The instructor is great, and I love that he teaches technique.

I am all about running right now, with some occasional biking on the trainer.
My fave workout lately is a kickboxing class I have been taking at my gym and ….I’m late to the party, but I have been doing a lot of Zumba too and loving it!
I am loving Kettle Bell workouts right now! Something different than the usual weight lifting I have been doing but it has been a fun change.

I’m finally getting back into regular exercise after a bit of a hiatus thanks to my health, and am enjoying lifting weights and yoga a lot! I am dying to retry pure barre though (I loved it and took it a few times years ago when I lived in Raleigh). Thank you as usual for a very generous giveaway!
My workout lately has been chasing my son around. I have noticed that I don’t really sit down unless it’s dinner time or he is sleeping. He has become mobile and is always on the move. I have to keep a close eye or he will get into trouble. 😉
If I want some cardio, I’ve been trying to do tabata workouts at home if I have the time.
First, those glitch leggings are amazing!
Second, I’ve been really loving yoga lately. Just doing my own practice at home, but it’s so good.

I’m doing Beachbody’s “The Beast” for weights and I always do a mix of Cathe Friedrich’s cardio dvd’s and Chalene Johnson’s Turbo Fire dvds for my fasted cardio each morning.
After spending the last few months training for a half, I’ve been getting back into straight forward strength training. I love pushing myself to lift heavier weights and increase my weights every week!
Right now I’m trying to mix it up with running, cross training, and strength workouts. Gotta keep the boredom from setting in in the winter!
My favorite workout right now is getting outside and running since weather is nice and cool.
My favorite workout is Body Pump, I slacked on classes this summer but love seeing the muscle tone come back!

Its a toss up for me – I currently love Zumba and Cardio HipHop both equally!!! LOVE any group exercise!!

My usually routine is weight lifting, but I just recently started running again and I’m loving it! I took a year off from running, but now incorporating into my weekly routine feels great. Its a great way for me to clear my head and blow of some steam.
My favourite work out right now is chasing my toddler! Evie just turned one and is a handful already! Always on the go!
