I will take one cloud bra with a side of that girl’s abs!! haha. I’ve been loving at-home workouts, and I actually did your winter boot camp workout yesterday and I loved it! I also have trying to get back into training for my half in January next month (ZOOMA at Amelia Island!), so running should be included in my workout list 😉
My fave workouts are Body Pump & Body Flow.
I work out with a trainer and LOVE it! My fav workout right now is def strength training.
I just finished a month of hot yoga (which I loved) now I’m getting back into the gym and focusing on lifting!
kettlebell workouts are my jam at the moment! I dread them but feel so good after I’m done!
My favorite favorite workout right now is yoga! Hilarious when I try to do it at home – my dog thinks it’s playtime. Or she’ll put her paw and toy on my back while I’m planking.
PS – my dog’s name is also Sadie!
The Tone It Up girls have really added to the variety of my all-home workouts! Its also helped me really get back into running!
I am loving TRX classes lately!
Current favorite workout is pushing myself to do 5 miles on the elliptical, 3 nights per week in addition to my daily weight routine. I was pretty sure I would have to force myself to do it, but I’ve forgotten how GREAT sweaty cardio makes me feel!
I’ve been loving PiYo lately……. usually a cardio junkie, this is a great cross fit program for me.
Right now, I am just continuing to enjoy running and some at home yoga videos.
I just started Crossfit a few weeks ago and am really enjoying it so far!
I have really been into yoga and the Ruthless DVD set lately.
Loving Barre and Synergy 360 at the moment!

I’m trying hard to get back into yoga so I’ve been loving doing Jillian Michaels yoga at home!
Love the yoga hoodie!! My gym starting offering a tabata class about a month ago and I’ve been really enjoying adding it to my weekly routine. It’s upbeat, fun and constantly changing, which I love!
Right now, I am using the Couch to 5k app…trying to learn to love running 🙂

I had a baby 2 month ago and have been doing PiYo at home. It’s so different than other workouts I’ve done, but I’m really loving it!
I have been loving the at home workouts you create for us and also the Tone It Up workouts on Youtube!!:)
Now that its cold again I’m trying to re-fall in love with running (I’m a cold weather runner, what can I say!) but nothing feels better than either an intense weight lifting session or making it through a difficult interval run on the treadmill!
My favorite workout class right now is one that is 30 min spin/30 min TRX. It KILLS in the very best way! 🙂

Just started Cardio Kickboxing, and I think I’m in love!!
My favorite workout is the one I do with my closest friends. We all meet at our old high school and use the track/bleachers in anyway possible! It’s hard work but so fun with friends!
I’m really missing crossfit at the moment. I had to stop heavy lifting due to an injury. Loving all cardio lately though…spin, circuit training, jogging!
Needing to do low-impact these days, so walking!
I am all about the weights these days. I love challenging myself and pushing myself to lift more weight!
I have been loving this boot camp class at my gym. It’s monday nights and gets me a great workout when I otherwise would be sluggish. Plus It’s a great balance of strength and cardio, and switches it up!
I’m really loving my vinyasa yoga classes recently!
I’ve recently gotten into spinning and I love it! It’s a nice change of pace from running which is normally my go-to cardio workout.
We just moved to Germany…not so many gyms around here and the one that I can go to does not have childcare!! So I am on my own and I am trying to mix it up!

I’m usually a runner, but it’s been so cold lately that I’ve been a wimp about going outside. That means I’ve been big on the boot camp and 15-minute-core classes at my gym lately. And I just signed up for my first TRX class– a post-holiday gluttony kick in the rear, I hope!
I am loving Body Flow at the moment.
It is a LesMills class that is a combination of yoga, tai chi, and pilates.
So good!
I am addicted to weight training! I am small but mighty and love to see peoples expressions when I pick up weights that clearly look to big for me, pure satisfaction.
