I have been loving hot yoga lately. It’s the perfect workout when it’s dreary & cold outside! Plus, it helps me stay sane during the crazy busy holiday season.
My fave workout right now is yoga classes at the Y! I am a runner, and am enjoying some time during the “off season” to try out some new cross training group X classes that I might steer away from while I’m training for races and don’t want to be sore in weird places! 🙂 Love all the Reebok gear. I started 6 months ago working out(HIIT) with my sister in law! We have always been friends but it has been the best thing! I miss the early mornings we both cant meet at the gym!

I am totally rockin the at-home work out DVDs right now! UFC Fit is my favorite at the moment
My favorite workout at the moment is GRIT: Strength. It’s a Les Mills HIIT class and I love the instructor AND the quick but super challenging workout. 30 minutes kicked. my. butt. I am also loving yoga but trying to find a good consistent class to go to.
Pure Barre since September and I don’t ever wanna stop 🙂
Right now I’m all about running, although I’m anxiously awaiting the end of the month when our agency closes for two weeks so I can really get back into hot yoga! 🙂

Lately I’ve been loving the interval class at my gym.
I’m on month two of Pure Barre and L-O-V-E it! It’s possible that I finally caved and just ordered a treadmill too…not…an acceptable price for an impulse buy… but am patiently awaiting it’s arrival!
I’ve been doing C2 classes at CorePower Yoga lately! Love learning new postures with each instructor teaching in their own style.

My favorite workout right now is an outdoor bootcamp class. It’s such a fun way to stay active and outdoors even during the cold winter months in Minnesota!

Currently, I am really into BodyFlow!! Its done Les Mills and offered for free at my University. I typically get anxious in yoga because I am not moving enough, but this is a little more fast paced and fun 🙂

I just hit 34 weeks pregnant so walking is by FAR my fave workout right now. After baby comes I can’t wait to get back to yoga so I can get back in shape and have some quiet “me” time.
I deperatly need some new work out clothes. I have lost some baby weight and my old ones wont’ stay on. I love yoga and with a little one am doing a lot from home! I love an video I can find online.

As I’m five months pregnant, walking my two 65lb boxer dogs while carrying my 25lb daughter on my back is a good enough workout for me! Haha!
