I’m in college and I just survived finals week! Yoga has saved me from stressing out too much the last few weeks! Its a great workout/stretch and de-stresser!

I have been loving a gym environment lately. I go through phases, and, right now, it’s my jam. Hey, stairmaster! I also practice yoga weekly, which is a great way to restore my muscles but still get in a good workout. 🙂

Lately, my favorite workout has been simply going running in my neighborhood, as well as other parts of Los Angeles. It’s such a peaceful way to experience the city; a welcome change of pace (pun!) from sitting in traffic.
I just ran my first marathon this fall and haven’t been able to get myself to run since then! Instead, I’ve been switching it up with some weight lifting and yoga!

My favorite workout at the moment is weights! They intimidated me at first but my boyfriend helped me out and now I have a routine down. I also add in a run once a week just to keep my endurance up

I’ve been slacking on working out since my half marathon 2 weeks ago. I was looking into trying some hot yoga classes!
I have loved hot yoga for a while, and I do a bootcamp class that’s fun. But I’m seriously considering doing some big weigh training/body transformation!

my fav workout right now are TRX classes and these neat surf classes at a studio in Calgary that do cardio and strength circuits on an actual surfboard that is supported by mini bosu balls!

I’ve been LOVING spin class lately. I can’t get enough! So great to sweat it all out and not be outside in the cold!
I’m loving doing yoga at home, and doing body weight type exercises, like burpees and handstands!! They are just so much fun! And I feel like they are things that you can always be working on!
I am loving piyo and hot yoga.both help with stress and always feel good after a good stretch!

I’m loving walking now that the weather is cooler. I live in the deep south, so it’s not really cold here.
I love to lift, but every Tuesday and Thursday I’ve been busting my bum at Pilates and loving it.
