My gym offers Tae Bo and I can’t get enough! The music and the instructors are fantastic and I always leave happy and very, very sweaty…I love it!

My favorite workout is yoga! I just had my second baby and did yoga to help me with pregnancy so now I will do yoga to help me recover. Sometimes at home and sometimes at a studio.

Running in the mornings
I’m starting an at-home workout program with workout DVDs! I’m really excited as I have a fairly structured work schedule and I’m exhausted when I come home; I’m thinking of doing the workouts before work!
With my first full marathon on Sunday I have to say running is my favorite activity at the moment.
I have been doing Insanity videos at home and rocking out some gym time with a friend having rowing competitions!
I’ve really been loving the CRX express workouts my local YMCA offers
I’m enjoying at home workout DVDs and different workouts I find on Pinterest!
I belong to a power fitness gym which is weights and cardio. I also love hot yoga, but haven’t done it much lately because of the price.
I like going to CrossFit 4 or 5 days a week
I LOVE spin class! It’s such a fun and effective workout! I’m hoping to get into hot yoga again in the New Year!

My favorite workout of the moment is a charity based Yoga in the Park class that is at a beautiful park overlooking the dana point harbor here in California. I always feel amazing and refreshed afterwards.

I’m a variety girl, so I’m always doing something different throughout the week!! Gym, outdoor run, HIIT, yoga, you name it 🙂

My favorite workout is Pure Barre and I think always will be! Since moving from Austin to Flagstaff, I have had Pure Barre withdrawals, but am lucky to be able to take classes when I visit my parents in Tucson. Pure Barre is opening 100 + new locations in 2015, so hopefully one finds its way up here 🙂
Right now I am trying to get back into running, so I am *trying* to love it. My all-times favorites, though, are spin classes and lifting weights with my boyfriend 🙂
As a mom of 2 little babies, my current workout is yoga in my living room in the wee hours of the morning!

A new spin studio just opened up near my work. It’s amazing and definitely my favorite workout at the moment.

Cold weather and a crazy work schedule…. I’ve been all about the hot barre!!!
Right now I’m LOVING boxing and kickboxing! It’s so fun that I don’t even realize I’m working out!
Unfortunately, I am healing from a stress fracture in my foot (decades of running) 🙁 so I’ve been doing more swimming, and love it! But I will be back to running, walking, etc. etc. soon!

I love hot yoga at the moment! it does wonders for my back problems and I feel my body so new and fresh after a class like I am reborn.
My husband of 25 years and I are hiking in the canyons behind our house to stay in shape. It’s great for our bodies and our marriage. Those that workout together…stay together!
