As I’m sure you know by now, Skyscapes are pretty much the best thing going and are the most comfortable, lightweight pair of casual shoes I own. I wear them all the time and have yet to meet one person who has them who doesn’t think they’re the best!

I recently had a baby so I’m easing back into working out with walking, and at home DVDs, one of which was my prenatal Pilates dvd!

I’ve been doing at home workouts on youtube and fitness blender. If you haven’t tried fitness blender, its all FREE workouts and they are amazing. You can customize your search according to what you feel- yoga, pilates, HIT.
Rocking the home workouts lately. It’s been so cold and rainy I don’t want to leave the house!
Yay! I was hoping you’d do a Reebok giveaway because I was bummed when I missed their awesome Skyscape deal on Black Friday. My fave workout of the moment is doing 30 mins of strength training immediately followed by 10-20 mins of HIIT cardio.
I am loving Zumba and HIIT workouts these days!

I’m still in love with Shaun T’s Insanity program. It’s my go-to winter workout program b/c I hate running outside in winter up here in New Hampshire. It gets me in great shape!
I love yoga but can’t really go to typical classes anymore now that I’ve injured my wrists from tendinitis/typing RSI, so I’ve been doing modified yoga workouts to videos/podcasts at home.
I am racking up as many steps as possible on my fitbit these days as a workout.
Nothing intense at the moment, but a lot of walking! I hope to be able to buy more personal training lessons soon!
