I know many of you share my love for Harry & David, so I am excited to bring another giveaway your way today!
Harry & David recently reached out to me about a spring giveaway and I hopped on their website and had no trouble selecting something perfectly sweet that I hope you guys will enjoy.
How delicious does this look?
That, my friends, is Harry & David’s decadent carrot cake speciality cheesecake.
My mother-in-law always has the most indulgent, delicious desserts at her annual Easter brunch, and when I saw this cheesecake it instantly reminded me of wonderful family get-togethers that always seem to end with something sweet.
Having ordered this cheesecake myself before, I can assure you that one bite will have you wanting more! Sandwiched between two layers of carrot cake made with chopped walnuts and spices is Harry & David’s famous New York style cheesecake. The carrot cake cheesecake is made on site and frosted by hand with cream cheese frosting.
One PBF reader will win this carrot cake cheesecake.
To enter this giveaway, simply comment below, telling me when and where you’d like to enjoy this cheesecake.
And it’s totally cool if you’re going to eat it with a fork at home and keep it all to yourself like Chandler and Rachel. I like your style.
I will randomly select a winner on Monday morning.
Good luck!
Oh my goodness that looks delicious! I will say I would share it but most likely I would hide it somewhere and not even let my husband have any. Is that rude? 🙂
How did you know I’ve recently become obsessed with carrot cake?! I would probably take it to Easter with my family or bring it with me to work that night with all the other people who got stuck working to enjoy 🙂
I’d love to be diving into that in my dorm when April rolls around! (:
Yum! I would bring it to my little girls first birthday celebration in a few weeks.
Oh my gosh I want to eat this with my family, with coffee on a Sunday morning. 🙂
My friends are having a dinner party soon and it would be perfect for that!
I would love to have this cake for after Easter brunch to share with my family!
My dad lovessss carrot cake! I would bring it to Easter brunch so he could enjoy if!
Your reference to Friends made my morning : ) My family is coming to my place for Easter for the first time so this would definitely be a great way to end the meal! Especially because my mom’s favorite dessert is carrot cake and my dad’s is cheesecake. It’s pretty much perfection : )
I would love to share this fabulous cake with my family at our Easter celebration 🙂
All for myself. Don’t feel even a little bit guilty 🙂
Cheesecake and carrot cake were made to be wed! I would take it to Maine. My boyfriend’s family has a house on a lake that we go to every Easter for a relaxing holiday. We do a little trail running, movie watching, and sip mamosas with our Easter dinner. This would be the perfect addition!
While I’m confident I could eat that entire cake, I would bring it with me to work on Easter and share with my coworkers!
I would bring it to a picnic dinner at Valen’s Park with some friends and eat it after a hike on the trails looking for signs of spring!
i would love to enjoy it by myself but don’t think my family would like that! how about on easter with all my family (meaning 25+) people, yea we are a big family:)
Mmmmm. Looks delicious!! It would be perfect to take to my parents house for Easter.
I just moved to Texas and don’t know anyone here yet. My boyfriend is in Louisiana for school so it’ll just be us for Easter. And of course, my dog, who has some crazy antics and faces just like Sadie! I would love to win this to make Easter feel a little more like “home” with some sweet dessert.
This looks so yummy!
Oh my yum! I need it! (totally that time of the month and I’m about to cut someone for a slice). I would serve this at my daughters 5th bday party coming up.
That looks so good! I would take it to my uncles beach house for our Sunday dinner that we have each week. Spread the love! 🙂
I would love to make something sweet up and say “I’d bring it home for my Easter family gathering, and we will sit around a fire and praise the lord for such a great cake,” but that would be a total lie. Honest, I’ll probably get it, sneak it in my dorm room, and eat the entire thing in one sitting.
Yumm! I could definetly eat this with a fork by myself ( who needs plates right 😉 ) but it looks pretty big so I guess I would share with my family for Easter brunch
Delicious!! This would be a perfect dessert for Easter brunch!!
I would bring this cake into work to share with my amazing coworkers who love sweets more than anything.
As much as I’d want to keep this beautiful cake to myself, I would bring it to my aunt and uncle’s house to share with everyone on Easter Sunday. I’d be sure to cut myself a large slice though! 🙂
For Passover we have a lot of food limitations, so this cake would be a wonderful way to end the week long holiday with my family!
mmm, that looks and sounds AMAZING. I’d order it for my dads birthday this month as carrot cake is his favorite!
I would enjoy this with my grandmother on Easter Sunday. She loves dessert, but chocolate keeps her awake at night. This carrot cake cheesecake would be perfect for her and her sweet tooth (as well as mine)!
I would share it with my mom. She adores Carrot Cake and that layer of cheesecake would take it over the edge. I’d also share it with my dad. His favorite vegetable is an icing carrot. 😉
Carrot cake and cheesecake, my two favorite desserts together! I would LOVE to win one!
My sweet mom’s 97th (!!!!!!) birthday. Carrot cake has always been her favorite!
I am a huge fan of both cheesecake and carrot cake and the thought of the two together in one sounds amazing. Plus everything I have ever tried from Harry and David’s has been wonderful. I’m always in charge of dessert at my family gatherings and this cake would be a special treat for our Easter lunch.
I’m in graduate school and on Monday we finish up another exam block…so I’d share it with the 11 of them as a celebration of sorts!
i can’t stop staring at this cake!! carrot cake is my absolute fav followed closely by cheesecake.. win win!! I’d invite my girlfriends round for tea and cake, just so I wouldn’t eat every bit of it myself!
I mean, I WANT to say that I’d enjoy it with my family, but the odds of it getting out of my apartment alive to share are so slim! Looks delicious!
I would love to share this with my husband! He’s the reason we had carrot cake at our wedding!
Hi Julie! This is so funny that you’re writing this because in a couple of weeks, I’m running in a half-marathon, and then I’m driving immediately after to my husband’s family’s house for a birthday party. I’ve been thinking that I wouldn’t be able to bring anything given the race and the pre-planning for that…but boy, if I won this, I’d be solid 🙂 Thanks always for sharing…you can’t beat a good ‘ole cheesecake!
In a bathtub taking a nice hot bath after a long training run (or after my 10 mile race or half marathon next month) with a nice glass of wine. Heaven 🙂
I’d probably be eating it the moment it arrives at my doorstep!
I would bring the Carrot Cake Cheesecake to my family’s Easter lunch. My grandma loves to prepare the meal for our family on holidays, but recently had surgery and cannot this year. We are all chipping in to re-create her delicious cooking, but it probably won’t compare! That beautiful cake would be such a treat!
That looks delicious and with the obsession my family and I both have with sweets it would definitely be taken to Easter for everyone to indulge in. Then of course the leftovers, if there are any which I kind of doubt, would be taken home for my husband and I to finish up/pick at, I am a major “picker” at sweets (makes it seem not so bad if you eat a GIANT piece by slowly picking at it over a day haha).
I’m not usually a big fan of carrot cake.. but THAT looks AMAZING! I’d share it with my grandmother on her birthday (which happens to fall on Easter this year). Carrot cake is her favorite!!
Yum! We would be eating this for Easter!
On Easter!! It’s the perfect Easter dessert.
Probably at home with friends while watching Downton Abby 🙂 Or I would bring it to our supper group or bible study to share!
Oh that cream cheese frosting is making me drool! I would LOVE to share this with my friends & family for Easter dinner dessert. Thanks for another great giveaway…..
I’d love to share this cheesecake with my dessert-obsessed family while on a picnic!
Love the F.R.I.E.N.D.S reference! I would share that puppy with my dad who has just as intense of a sweet tooth as me!
I live in Africa as a Peace Corps Volunteer. And although cake would be an incredible treat in this neck of the woods, I would want to send the cake to my parents to show them I’m thinking of them.
Yum! Looks perfect for Easter with my family!
