I know many of you share my love for Harry & David, so I am excited to bring another giveaway your way today!
Harry & David recently reached out to me about a spring giveaway and I hopped on their website and had no trouble selecting something perfectly sweet that I hope you guys will enjoy.
How delicious does this look?
That, my friends, is Harry & David’s decadent carrot cake speciality cheesecake.
My mother-in-law always has the most indulgent, delicious desserts at her annual Easter brunch, and when I saw this cheesecake it instantly reminded me of wonderful family get-togethers that always seem to end with something sweet.
Having ordered this cheesecake myself before, I can assure you that one bite will have you wanting more! Sandwiched between two layers of carrot cake made with chopped walnuts and spices is Harry & David’s famous New York style cheesecake. The carrot cake cheesecake is made on site and frosted by hand with cream cheese frosting.
One PBF reader will win this carrot cake cheesecake.
To enter this giveaway, simply comment below, telling me when and where you’d like to enjoy this cheesecake.
And it’s totally cool if you’re going to eat it with a fork at home and keep it all to yourself like Chandler and Rachel. I like your style.
I will randomly select a winner on Monday morning.
Good luck!
I am a recent convert to loving carrot cake. My husband also loves it so I’d love to share it with him, with a fork:)
Yumm!! I would LOVE to try this cake! I love both the cheesecake and carrot cake, and now its combined! Oh man… I’m going to have a hard time just eating one piece! I would love to eat it at Grandma’s house though and share it with my aunt and cousins!
Though I can’t ever picture myself stealing a box of cheesecake from in front of a neighbor’s apartment, I can see myself eating the entire thing in one sitting…that looks amazing!
My real intention though, is to share it with my family as an Easter/Birthday cake surprise. My birthday is actually the Saturday before Easter this year, so I’ll be spending the weekend celebrating two holidays with my family…and carrot cake is my mother’s all-time favorite! A present for mom and some delicious cheesecake for myself and my loved ones – best of both worlds. =)
I would keep it for mother’s day as it is my mom’s favorite!
I love carrot cake and would enojy this the second it came- no need to wait for a special occasion! 🙂
I’d love to try that cheesecake! Yum! I’d enjoy it at my family’s Easter celebration at my sister’s house!
Ahhhh that looks incredible!!!! I would serve it for Easter two, some friends are road tripping from San Francisco to Searttle and this will be perfect to share for our meal together. Then when they’re be we can have the leftovers, best of both worlds!!!
Hmm, that is a tough call. I could take it to my parents but since that is our favorite cake at our house it would probably just be eaten by the four of us!
Hummm..carrot…healthy… i would eat it at the second it would be delivered..with a fork, and maybe with my boyfriend..hihihi ; )
I would serve it for Easter.
Ooh I would take this to my parents home for Easter! Yummy
I would share it with my family on Easter Sunday! My mom, dad, and little brother will be coming up from San Antonio to spend the special day with us. It’d be the perfect treat! 🙂
Cheesecake is my favorite dessert and the combination of carrot cake and cheesecake sounds AMAZING! I think this would make the perfect Easter dessert, but I wouldn’t be opposed to eating it Chandler and Rachel style either;)
I would love to give this to my hubby for our 17 year anniversary coming up. Carrot Cake is his absolute favorite and he’s had a few dud pieces over the past year. I suspect this would be FAR from dud!
As soon as I get it, on my couch 🙂
Yum!! I would eat it with my grandma for her birthday thats coming up soon!
This is the first year that I will not be home with family for Easter, and I’m struggling to figure out how to still make it special for me and my boyfriend. Having something like this gorgeous carrot cake would help to make it seem a little more like Easter at home, where there’s always a table overflowing with tasty treats to nibble on. What a great giveaway!
During my high school years in California (more than 35 years ago), my closest girlfriends and I would go to the bakery and purchase a pie or cake and grab a bunch of plastic forks and napkins. We would then sit on the park bench and devour the sweet treat and share wonderful memories and hearty laughs. So, I would love to gather those same friends again and enjoy!
This looks amazing! Carrot cake is my favorite so I bet it is super amazing as a cheesecake. My husband is getting out of the military and we are headed back home after six years. I would enjoy this cheesecake with my family. There is lots of catching up to do. 🙂 Thanks for another great giveaway!!
Yum! I would love to have this on Easter with my family!
This looks incredible! I absolutely love when cheesecakes are combined with cake. Plus, carrot cake is one of my all time favorites. This would be perfect to share with my family on Easter!
Shamefully, or not, I would probably hoard this for myself. It looks too good to share.
I would have coffee and cake with my roommates. I imagine it would look very much like the Golden Girls except our coffee and cake would be during a study break 😉
I need this cake! Easter landed on my daughter’s birthday this year and her favorite cake is cheesecake and we normally have carrot cake for Easter. I would love to bring those two together for a BirEaster cake!
Easter world be perfect, but I’m thinking Mother’s Day! My mom would LOVE this.
Holy crap that looks good! I’d put it out for family Easter dinner dessert OR have it for my birthday next month.
I’m going to Taiwan for two weeks, and I would love to eat this as a welcome-home dessert!!!
My mom’s 60th birthday is at the end of this month – this cake would be the perfect dessert!
Easter is right when my birthday and my daughter’s is, so that’s when I’d eat it! Looks amazing.
I’d share it with my bf just because we like enjoying yummy food! 😉
Oh my yum!!! Carrot cake is my favorite. I would enjoy this at home with my husband, who is home for a few days before traveling again for work.
That looks SOOOOOOO good! I’d love to have a dinner party with close friends and serve this for dessert!

Whenever, wherever
I consider myself lucky that I’m the only one in our house that likes carrot cake so I would get this all to myself!! Yumm 🙂
Nom Nom Nom! This looks delicious! As much as I would love to keep it for myself, I’d share with my family on Easter! 🙂

I would love it for my boyfriend’s birthday. His two favorite desserts are carrot cake and cheesecake! Why not combine the two?!
Probably during Spring Break when I am home with my family! Carrot cake and cheesecake are my favorite cakes individually. I can only imagine what they would be like together
after a nice long run on my couch!
I’d eat this next weekend at my 30th bday party in NYC!
It would be great to have for a special occasion, HOWEVER, I could see myself eatting that cake for breakfast, lunch and dinner for as many days as it will last! Haha! “) I have a vicious sweet tooth!
I would love to eat that anytime and anywhere! Carrot cake is my absolutely favorite cake.
I love carrot cake and I think this would make the perfect treat for a girls night in with a bottle of wine and a chick flick!
This would be a perfect compliment to my family’s annual Easter brunch!
WOW!! I am obsessed with Carrot Cake AND Cheesecake…this may be the best thing that ever happened! I would likely share this deliciousness with my Youth Group girls (I work with 30 of ’em so we could dust that cake!) since I know they have some amazing sweet teeth!
