Best Body Boot Camp Giveaway
If you’ve been reading this blog for a while, then know how much I adore Tina’s Best Body Boot Camp.
Tina is a certified personal trainer, blogger and mom to two adorable kids. She is genuine, thoughtful and incredibly kind… but she will kick your butt!
Tina created Best Body Boot Camp several months ago and I signed up for her first round, knowing that paying just $25 for eight weeks of original workouts was a pretty amazing deal. I wasn’t sure what to expect and figured I could pick and choose which workouts I wanted to follow if I didn’t like the plan as a whole.
Well, I basically fell in love with it and have signed up for every round Tina has offered since.
Here is a quick overview of the boot camp:
- Every two weeks, Tina emails participants new workouts with detailed instructions and links to online videos to watch in case you’re unsure about certain exercises or want to be sure your form is correct. She also offers alternative exercises for participants to do if they want to scale the workouts back or push themselves a little bit more. Many of her workouts can be done at home as long as you have some basic exercise equipment like free weights and an exercise ball.
- Tina also offers cash prizes to participants throughout the boot camp and entries are based on how many workouts you complete and points you earn from two additional goals you set for yourself (such as drinking more water, eating more vegetables, etc.).
- A Best Body Boot Camp Facebook group was also created by Tina for participants to use to ask questions, motivate each other and share challenges or motivational tips.
Tina describes BBBC as an “eight week fitness program adapted for all fitness levels and geared to improving your lifestyle.”
Registration for round four of Best Body Boot Camp is now open through December 31. Round four will kick off January 7 and last through March 3.

I would love this because I absolutely love to work out, and this would be a great way for me to add some diversity and strength training to my workouts. I have always been an avid runner, and am just now starting to take up strength training, so it is always helpful for me to have workouts to learn from and get ideas! Plus, I am a fitness instructor at the University I attend, so boot camps always give me fun ideas to implement into my classes. Plus, I am a poor college student so getting to do this boot camp for free would be AMAZING!

I just participated in the last round of BBB and I fell in LOVE! The workouts are incredible and Tina has certainly kicked my butt with some of the moves she incorporates. I will register for the upcoming round regardless but I would love to win this giveaway more than anything!

Unfortunately, I have kind of hit a workout slump and I can’t get out of my workout rut. YUCK! Right now working out seems like a job to me and I hate it! I’m a stay at home mom so working out at home is my only option right now. Tina’s bootcamp workouts would be perfect. I lose motivation about this time a year so this bootcamp would get me back on track. Also it would give me a routine to follow, right now I just randomly pick something out in the morning.
