Best Body Boot Camp Giveaway
If you’ve been reading this blog for a while, then know how much I adore Tina’s Best Body Boot Camp.
Tina is a certified personal trainer, blogger and mom to two adorable kids. She is genuine, thoughtful and incredibly kind… but she will kick your butt!
Tina created Best Body Boot Camp several months ago and I signed up for her first round, knowing that paying just $25 for eight weeks of original workouts was a pretty amazing deal. I wasn’t sure what to expect and figured I could pick and choose which workouts I wanted to follow if I didn’t like the plan as a whole.
Well, I basically fell in love with it and have signed up for every round Tina has offered since.
Here is a quick overview of the boot camp:
- Every two weeks, Tina emails participants new workouts with detailed instructions and links to online videos to watch in case you’re unsure about certain exercises or want to be sure your form is correct. She also offers alternative exercises for participants to do if they want to scale the workouts back or push themselves a little bit more. Many of her workouts can be done at home as long as you have some basic exercise equipment like free weights and an exercise ball.
- Tina also offers cash prizes to participants throughout the boot camp and entries are based on how many workouts you complete and points you earn from two additional goals you set for yourself (such as drinking more water, eating more vegetables, etc.).
- A Best Body Boot Camp Facebook group was also created by Tina for participants to use to ask questions, motivate each other and share challenges or motivational tips.
Tina describes BBBC as an “eight week fitness program adapted for all fitness levels and geared to improving your lifestyle.”
Registration for round four of Best Body Boot Camp is now open through December 31. Round four will kick off January 7 and last through March 3.

I’ve always been active and healthy but when my boyfriend started eating clean and going to the gym everyday, it motivated me to make even healthier choices as well. We’ve been doing this for 4 months now, but I feel that I’ve hit a plateau. What an amazing give away. Each day you’ve offered such amazing gifts but I must say, the moment I noticed Tina’s boot camp I felt like a little girl on Christmas morning. I feel as if, without even asking, Santa brought the one gift I suddenly cannot imagine living without. This give away really spoke to me. I don’t often play along in the contests and I am a loyal lurker with rarely a comment but I just felt this determination today. Over the year I’ve accomplished many goals; a PR half marathon, completed Jamie Eason’s LiveFit trainer and even participated in my 1st Ragnar as a last minute replacement for a group of strangers who turned out to be an amazing bunch of women.
